Police will continue to break the law until they are held personally responsible for their actions.

When law enforcement handcuffs a citizen and so-call "detain" that citizen that citizen is NOT free to go and that is a "defacto arrest". A Terry Stop is a pat down for weapons not a "search and seizure". These cops violated their 4th Amendment rights. Texas Penal Code 38.02.

If there was such a thing as police malpractice insurance, dipsticks like this wouldn't be cops. It's very simple, malpractice insurance would identify the bad cops very quickly. Violations of the Constitution would be reduced to practically zero.

The day the lawsuits come out of personal police pensions, is the day the tyranny stops.

This pig cop and I do mean pig fat fuck thinks he is slick. Pay very close attention to how he works the cell phone in his hand. 👀 he thinks he is so slick. Again if cops can communicate to each other from their cb radio on their uniform or inside their vehicles why do they need a cell phone and what are they doing with it? Open your eyes America. It’s a weapon for them. Ok bots let’s do this. 🤣 😂😂😂😂

These cops all need to be educated on constitutional law! When we have as police officers now is very close to German gestapo or secret police, meaning Americans are being harassed, arrested, or even assaulted by officers for absolutely no reason at all! We as a people need to stand up for each other! I do not at all agree with breaking the law! I damn well expect law enforcement to know the law and not abuse it!

This would be great if the first amendment auditor in the car wasn’t a convicted rapist who raped a woman at gunpoint while pretending to be a police officer. He’s currently serving most of the rest of his life in prison for molesting his own daughters. Not the best example. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Tx statute. 38.02. One is only obligated to i.d. IF they have been LAWFULLY ARRESTED. NOT DETAINED, A Terry frisk DOES NOT allow the cops to go INTO your pockets unless they"feel" what may be a weapon. Sue the SH!T out of these ass hats!!!!!

That first cop is a domestic terrorist. Imagine how many of these he actually got away with and bullied someone to take a deal so it doesn't drag down there life. If you won't be held to account I. This life than Christ will make sure you get what you have coming to you
