The main issue with World Labs is that the worlds are empty, nothing to do there. The idea for our latest hackaton project is to detect objects in the players FOV and spawn interactables dynamically. Here, we use it to learn a foreign language in VR.

A mod for the 2011 remaster of American McGee's Alice came out recently that improves and fixes stuff in the game, it adds proper HUD scaling and FOV adjustment based on the resolution. It also restores the Cheshire Cat hints that didn't work in this version, really good stuff

Don’t show Randy Pitchford this: Dying Light The Beast is an open world co-op game and runs at a PERFECT 60fps on PS5 and is optimized for PC. It has an FOV sliders on consoles, Only issue I can find is HDR looking weird and lack of Pro enhancement. Great Work Techland!

Implicit Neural Light Spheres lets you turn panoramic captures into dynamic wide FOV renders (with real-time rendering!). Instead of generating panoramas with image stitching, we use neural light spheres to jointly estimate the camera path and a high-resolution scene reconstruction to produce novel wide field-of-view projections of the environment. btw, Many players say BF recoil control is ez but I've never seen a even 1 player who can recoil control like me. Many players mistake doing recoil control well cuz they play with stretched res or high FOV, but that's not real. Don't be fooled by the optical illusion, the long range you think is actually not even mid range. This is the concept of "True Aim" I always say. Ofc, you don't have to force to change your settings, but try record your play and zoom the screen center in as much as possible. Then, you can check your true aim. (These are just Sunday clips btw, 16:9 res 98 fov)
