I made a tool called Build Buddy. It's an AI that lives on top of any game engine. Paste any YouTube tutorial and it follows along with you, pauses the video when you need to do something, and points exactly where to click. Been using it to learn UE5 stuff I always kept putting off.. It's free, check it out!

Crazy experience hooking my laptop up to my tv via HDMI and playing a browser-based Three.js game made with AI in a few days with my wireless PS5 controller... Imagine if you can dream up any map on zombies (or any game/world) and play split screen with your friends from your couch using controllers on a Three.js game that runs in the browser… a little input lag on controller movement, but exciting to see where this space can go!

I built an open-source tool to fix something that drives me nuts. You ask ChatGPT or Gemini for a game asset and get an image with a background baked in. Ask for transparency and you get... a fake checkerboard. Then you hunt for a background remover, then slice each sprite out by hand. So I built Sprite Lab. Drop a spritesheet → it auto-detects the backdrop (checkerboard, white, magenta, green), removes it cleanly with no halo, and slices every frame for you. Export as PNGs + a strip + manifest. 100% in your browser. No uploads, no AI model, no sign-up. Free and open source. #gamedev #indiegame

Forza Horizon 6 VRMod MAJOR UPDATE v1.0.0-beta - AFR Frame Generation (Experimental) — NVIDIA only, makes OpenXR mode feel much smoother, toggles live while playing, turn it off if visuals look odd - brings your in headset FPS back to almost full from the halving effect Experimental upgrade which uses creative mechanisms to allow frame generation while in AFR mode to smooth images and provide a much needed FPS boost. I'll post more technical details later in hope that other AFR related projects consider this type of mechanism. This is the type of work I was specifically hoping to do while building a mod to develop new or improved methods to improve VR performance or efficiency. - Decreased latency through OpenXR in process direct rendering - 6DoF Improvements, faster head movement binding - Head movement smoothing prevents camera jitter - Upscale Quality: Bilinear/Lanczos-3/CAS (try CAS if the image feels blurry) - Game Resolution Scale (Experimental): extra sharpness, needs a powerful GPU Available in the discord see link in reply.

this guy got tired of going back and forth with Claude Code describing what's wrong with the UI so he built a tool that lets you DRAW DIRECTLY on the screen claude renders something. if it's wrong you just circle the problem, add an arrow, write a note ai sees your annotations and fixes it way faster than describing it by text AND it's free + open source

In this early test, we go through the basic setup, how to get games running in OpenXR, and the first steps to start experimenting with VR controls and configurations. It is still a work in progress, so expect issues, tweaks, and per-game adjustments, but the potential is already huge. full video here:
