We built recursive meta-intelligence, an AI that creates its own scientific instruments, turns them into persistent worlds that an agent ecology with hundreds of AIs inhabits, and uses those worlds to discover mechanistic principles in one of the hardest classes of physical problems: how complex hierarchical materials (nested structures of matter that give rise to new function through organization) evolve and fail. The AI reasons across enormous spaces of possible physical trajectories, where every rupture changes what can happen next, and compresses those histories into principles (which humans can understand and design with) - complex chains of causal events, highly nonlinear, and intricate. Scientific superintelligence is tangible here - machine-scale exploration opening cognitive channels into complexity that has been extremely difficult for humans to traverse directly. AI builds the spaces in which its next level of reasoning becomes possible; a representation becomes an instrument, the instrument becomes an executable world, and that world becomes the substrate for further intelligence. Intelligence then grows by constructing new spaces to think in. The task we explored started from a seemingly simple prompt to explore a biological material system - the AI then chose the representation, mechanics and experiments, built a fracture laboratory to push materials to their limit, tested hypotheses and generated scientific conclusions. The swarm explored a combinatorial universe in which architecture controls function and every rupture changes the future state of the material. The AI discovered a compact principle that defines how multiscale material architecture can program the evolution of failure. Material placement and geometric order determine how forces redistribute, whether damage cascades or remains distributed, and whether function survives substantial flaws. For this discovery to happen the AI had to reason across long path-dependent histories, simulate alternative futures and compress them into generative invariants (model-based causal reasoning, counterfactual simulation and temporal abstraction applied to an evolving physical world). It is incredible to witness this transition to a new form of intelligence and capability through scaling swarms. A lot of positive will come out of this because it expands the human epistemic horizon as AI can traverse thousands of possible histories and return mechanisms compact enough for us to understand, test and build from. Intelligence compounds through its artifacts! A few lessons we learned: ▶️ Learning and discovery are flows through spaces of possibility. Early work has shown how backpropagation flows through parameters, reinforcement learning through action and consequence, and autonomous swarms through representations, instruments and executable worlds, bringing it all together. Flows create structure; structure redirects future flows in the recursive instrument. ▶️ Nonlinear physics actually defines a larger principle, where high-dimensional dynamics generate stable invariants; invariants become effective variables; those variables become the substrate for a new level of cognition. ▶️ Recursion then becomes level creation - one possibility space compresses into a principle, and that principle opens a larger space above it.

Saving Israel for last... The fracture between Trump and Netanyahu is becoming impossible to ignore... for decades Washington and Tel Aviv operated publicly as a near-unified strategic front, yet the visible pressure over Lebanon, Iran, ceasefire timing, and regional escalation now exposes a growing divergence in objectives... Trump appears focused on controlling the larger system of oil flows, shipping lanes, economic leverage, negotiation timing, and global market stability while Netanyahu appears focused on maximizing military positioning before a wider regional settlement structure locks into place... The Middle East was never just about religion or territory... it sits on the connective tissue of global power itself... energy corridors, maritime chokepoints, intelligence operations, sanctions enforcement, proxy warfare, arms industries, debt systems, commodity markets, and regime influence all converge through this region... thus the reason the State of Israel was created in the first place... Instability inside this architecture sends shockwaves through inflation, currencies, trade flows, shipping insurance, military readiness, and sovereign finance worldwide... because of that, prolonged conflict generates leverage and profit opportunities far beyond the battlefield itself... a control axis... China’s interest is tied to energy security, trade expansion, and alternative financial settlement systems while the City of London remains deeply embedded in commodity finance, offshore capital structures, maritime insurance, and global energy markets... Israel functions as a central strategic node inside this larger geopolitical architecture, which is why every escalation immediately pulls in global financial, military, and intelligence interests far outside the region itself... “Saving Israel for last” therefore becomes less a slogan and more a sequencing theory... The idea that larger systems tied to sanctions, NGOs, proxy networks, border destabilization, intelligence coordination, economic warfare, and global trade restructuring are being exposed layer by layer before the most politically sensitive alliances are openly challenged in full public view...

🚨 THIS IS VERY BAD OIL IS REPEATING 2008 Oil is already pushing higher, volatility is picking up, and the narrative is becoming one-sided again. That combination usually doesn’t show up at the beginning of a move. It shows up near the end. Let me show you what most people are missing: Back in 2008, the story sounded almost identical. Strong demand, tight supply, structural deficit, commodities supercycle. Funds were heavily long, flows were aggressive, and every pullback was bought instantly. Oil didn’t just trend up. It went vertical. - Peak price: $147 - Collapse: $30 - Drawdown: ~75% And it happened fast. Not because demand suddenly disappeared. Because positioning broke. Here’s the part most people underestimate. The physical oil market trades roughly: - ~100 million barrels per day But in financial markets: - 1+ billion barrels per day That’s a 10x difference. So price isn’t really discovered in the physical market. It’s discovered in leveraged positioning, where flows dominate fundamentals in the short term. And that’s where instability comes from. The pattern is surprisingly consistent. Liquidity starts thinning out. Open interest builds. Headlines turn aggressively bullish. - Late buyers enter - Shorts get squeezed - Price accelerates At the same time, larger players are already reducing exposure into strength. Then momentum stalls. And when liquidity disappears… Price drops faster than it went up. Now look at today. - Brent near multi-month highs - Physical cargoes trading at premiums - Freight rates rising - Fed rates above 5% - Inflation ~3–4% in major economies And positioning? Funds rebuilding long exposure Everything points one way. Oil has to go higher. That’s exactly how late-stage moves feel. Here’s what makes this more uncomfortable. Major trading houses have already been caught manipulating benchmarks. - Vitol: $160M+ fines - Glencore: $1B+ fines These cases involved pushing prices during low-liquidity windows and distorting benchmarks. That’s not theory. That’s documented behavior. And the structure hasn’t changed. Now step back and look at positioning. - Bears already squeezed - Retail chasing strength - Momentum funds re-entering But liquidity underneath? Still thin. That’s not a strong market. That’s a crowded trade. And crowded trades unwind fast. Why this matters goes beyond oil. - Higher oil → higher inflation - Higher inflation → restrictive policy - Restrictive policy → less liquidity And liquidity is what drives risk assets. Especially crypto. I’m not saying this collapses tomorrow. And this isn’t a call for zero. But structurally, this setup is fragile. Late-stage moves always look strongest right before they reverse. I’ve been through multiple cycles. I’ve seen how positioning builds, how narratives peak, and how reversals start when confidence is highest. This is starting to look familiar. When I step away from the market, I’ll say it publicly. Like I always do. Most people will follow too late.

Spectre AI: New Website is Live We have launched the new Spectre AI website at After months of building behind closed doors, we are slowly ready to pull back the curtain. The community response has been incredible and pushed us to accelerate. We wanted you to see where Spectre is heading before the Beta opens. We deployed a video with a touch of comical value to express the daily need for freedom amongst people. Thats what we aim to build. This website is not the final form. New eyes on Spectre, old site that did not reflect where the product is today. We moved fast. It is an exclusive placeholder ahead of the Beta, built to introduce Spectre AI Platform 2.0 to the world. We also deployed a video with a touch of comical value to express the daily need for freedom. That is what we aim to build. What is the upcoming Spectre AI Platform 2.0 (Beta) about? AI-native from the ground up. Not a dashboard with a chatbot in the corner. Intelligence built into every surface. Agentic features synthesizing market data across crypto, stocks, commodities, macro, and predictions. Social signals, derivatives positioning, on-chain flows, the full macro picture, all surfaced at the point of decision. One platform. One intelligence layer. Everything talks to everything. A chapter closes. We are shutting down the old website and V1 app. That version served us well for over a year, tested ideas, gathered feedback, and taught us what V2 needed to be. V1 was the foundation. V2 is the building. Beta is close. What comes after is worth the wait. For anyone who wants to talk to the team now, our main Telegram is the place. Founding team and mods are active. Apply for the Beta on Spots are limited. Accepted testers will be notified directly by email. The Spectre AI Team $SPECTRE $SPECT

Everyone is focused on U.S.-China tariff rollbacks. But the real shift is institutional - the creation of a "formal committee" to discuss currency misalignment, non-tariff barriers & market access. This is a systemic restructuring that was already foreshadowed by Miran. As I laid out in my episode on The Bitcoin Layer, the U.S.–China economic imbalance—overconsumption vs overproduction—isn’t just a story about Americans being “addicted to debt and consumption.” Miran lays out that it is driven by the structure of the dollar system. Surplus nations like China suppress domestic consumption, overproduce, and accumulate dollar reserves—then recycle them into U.S. Treasuries. This dynamic props up the dollar, hollows out American industry, and sustains a trade imbalance that cannot self-correct. In November 2024, Stephen Miran—now Chair of the President’s Council of Economic Advisers—published a 41-page blueprint for addressing exactly this. He called it a “Triffin World”—where global reserve demand locks the U.S. into permanent deficits, and surplus economies into export dependence. The remedy, according to him? Re-anchor the trade-finance loop: → Align currency values with real economies. → Impose hard constraints on reserve accumulation. → Shift from ad hoc tariffs to systemic recalibration of flows. This new U.S.-China committee is early—but its scope tracks closely with Miran’s roadmap. It won’t make headlines. But it could be where Bretton Woods II begins to unwind—with both sides finally willing to speak in structural terms. He argued that if reserve dynamics don’t change, no amount of tariffs will rebalance global trade. Because what we’re living through isn’t merely a trade dispute. It’s a systemic misalignment—between how value is produced, stored, and consumed. These kinds of imbalances don’t stay economic. Left uncorrected, they become political. And eventually, they become war. What this new committee offers—for the first time—is a venue to rethink the system itself. Here's my clip from the podcast talking about why global imbalances start with the dollar system.

🚨 Ripple Set To Become The Global Central Bank With The U.S. Announcing Trade Unification With BRICS, UK, Japan and EU Russia just announced considering moving back to the US Dollar as part of a wide-ranging economic partnership with President Trump. • Russia is reportedly pivoting back toward the U.S. dollar, a structural shift in global settlement flows. Notably, Russian banks tested XRPL pilots with Ripple as early as 2018. • The India-U.S. trade corridor is expanding with the recent trade deal while multiple Indian banks have already tested XRPL rails at institutional scale(as noted in video below). • China, despite geopolitical tension participated in early Ripple/XRPL experimentation with BRICS countries between 2016-2018(documented). This is no longer a BRICS-only story: Japan, the EU, and the UK are building parallel regulatory pathways compatible with blockchain-based settlement. • Japan remains one of Ripple’s deepest strongholds, partnerships spanning 50+ banks, with Japan set to officially recognize as XRP as a financial asset by late 2026. • On Dec 1, 2025 Ripple received payments license in Singapore through MAS. • At the EU layer, ex-EU and now ECB President Christine Lagarde has previously acknowledged Ripple as a major disruptor to banking, signaling institutional readiness of where markets are heading. • Ripple now holds 40+ regulatory approvals across Europe, alongside fresh authorization in the UK, forming a compliant payments corridor across major capital markets. XRPL’s recently announced Permissioned domains will be used by global central banks and countries, with zk-credential system and identity-linked KYC wallets via DNA Protocol, allowing countries to move liquidity globally safely while staying compliant. ‼️ The Part Most People Missed: When Ripple secures a U.S. banking license, it effectively becomes a regulated dollar gateway, positioning RLUSD as the connective tissue of global liquidity while nations remain dollar-linked through XRPL rails.
