I’ve never heard a state lawyer telling a cop to turn off their body cam footage before like it’s a requests average citizens can make. You certainly can’t tell a cop to turn it off once it’s engaged, that’s their protocol and they can get fired for turning it off.

Moral of this story; Don’t drink until you’re drunk and don’t be an asshole to police. This is the same standard of professional treatment that needs to be applied to all politicians as well when they break the law. These cops have a lot of patience. My era was more assertive. For an Attorney General she doesn’t know anything about criminal law. Cops are not at your beck & call. You do what they tell you to do. Telling him to turn off the Body Cam was absurd. The demand to not be touched is also absurd. By law the police must touch you to effect an arrest. Hopefully she loses her job because she has no business representing anything to do with law. Wish I could see her face when she’s sober & watches this video.😂

Pros and cons of bodycams: Pro - we see the officers acting professionally and that the ladies are completely at fault Con - in the old days, a crack with the nightstick would've quickly diffused the situation.
