Fun fact: This animation was close on becoming an unfinished one because while doing the clean-up I lost the tip of the pen and as I couldn't find the spare ones I had to use the tip of my old tablet pen that kept falling off every 5 minutes.... show more

Doing Bulgarian split squats for the first time and trust me… I struggled like hell 😭 Felt like a complete newbie. Even bodyweight was hard because I couldn't find my balance. First few reps I kept falling out of position 💀 So Bulgarian split squat experts... what's the best way to find the right stance length? 👀

I had the honour of making my affirmation at the Senedd. Standing there, I thought about my own journey, and the responsibility I now carry. As your Member of the Senedd for Pen-y-bont Bro Morgannwg, representing Bridgend and the Vale of Glamorgan, I will work hard to speak up for the people, towns, villages and communities I now serve. It is a responsibility I will never take lightly.

i made over $1.5M on $CATE, fully sold now and retired myself and my boyfriend forever.. 😝 i remember when my parents kicked me out of the house because i was a girl and i had dreams of becoming a "trader" and retiring off of it one day im genuinely tearing up as im typing this right now, but today is the day i finally proved myself and proved everyone that didn't believe in me that i could do it off a single memecoin, which for my case is $CATE i was one of the first people to call $CATE and put my entire life savings on it with full conviction, i guess its safe to say it did really pay off.. a free 938x for anyone that listened to me as well 🫶

Michael had never claimed to have invented the moonwalk. “I was sitting in the back of a limousine staring out the window and I saw these kids standing around taking turns dancing and that’s where I saw it. One of them was doing the moonwalk. I had to get out and see it up close so I told the driver to stop and back up. I got out and crossed the street their corner of the sidewalk and asked him to show me how it was done and he did. I can’t ever take credit for it. It was that group of kids that taught me.”

They said an entertainment page cannot feed a family. I almost packed up. Then my son looked at me like I was already the man I was still becoming. That one look finished the argument. I don’t post for clout, I post so that boy never inherits my fear. Every video, every late night, every “watch till the end” is a father building a future in public., If you still have somebody depending on you, don’t quit quietly. Stay. Build. Show up. Watch till the end and tag a parent who almost gave up. Lord of Sugar 💖🪄

Yesterday I visited my pen where I used to have over 150 pigs but is now empty, all investment lost, over 50 animals dead, and the premises that used to be busy become desolate. Dec 26, my staff at the farm site called—we lost a pig. I went there to check on see it. I knew it was already too late to act because Swine fever had already hit the farm🤦. Between then and Jan 6, my farm was wiped out by ASF (African Swine Fever), an incurable swine disease. On getting to the farm site again yesterday, seeing the empty rooms and the remains of the feeds I bought... I wanted to be strong, but I couldn't fake it.

One year ago today I was almost home from a chase out in west Texas, and the last thing I expected was a cow to be in the middle lanes of 820 in north Fort Worth. Going highway speed in the dark didn’t give me time to react at all, and I hit the cow, airbags went off, and I almost lost control. My Rav was totaled, arm cut up from the airbag (still have half of the Toyota USA emblem scarred into my arm), but overall blessed that it wasn’t a worse outcome.

This might be one of the great effort plays I have ever seen anywhere. BrooksDarling I will forever use this as the standard for effort, never give up, play to the whistle & competitive greatness. I love that there 5 other black shirts down there also.

I deleted all my Polymarket positions at 2am on a Tuesday because I realized I was winning 54% of my bets and still down $11,400. It took me three weeks to understand that sentence. Fifty four percent wins. Why is the balance shrinking? The math was brutal once I finally saw it. I was buying outcomes at 55 to 65 cents feeling smart because my picks kept winning. But the payout at those prices was so thin that one loss wiped out five wins. My edge was maybe 3% and the spread was eating 4%. I dug into the data hoping to find a way to trade better and instead found a number that made me want to close the app. 70% of all Polymarket addresses are in the red. And the profits? Captured by 0.04% of wallets. Four thousand addresses out of 1.7 million own almost everything. I was playing a game where 96% of participants exist to fund the other 4%. But the trades of those wallets are public. Every entry, every exit, sitting on the blockchain. I started tracking them manually. One wallet broke me. It started January 6 with $50. By the time I found it the balance was close to $500,000. Pulling $20 to $30K a day on 15 minute BTC, ETH and SOL markets, exploiting the fact that Binance updates faster than Polymarket odds. A few seconds of lag, hundreds of times a day. I scrolled its history for an hour trying to find a losing streak. Could not. That is when I stopped doing this by hand. Set up PMX. Alerts the second a tracked wallet moves, one tap copy. → Link to bot: Three weeks of shadowing instead of trading. Made back $4,200 of my $11,400 hole. Not because I got smarter. Because I stopped pretending I was the edge. The game on Polymarket is not about being right. It is about standing behind someone who already is. I am still not in profit. But for the first time in four months my balance moves the right direction and I sleep through the night. That is worth more than any win.

Pencils from one of my shots from #Fixed. As I said before, I didn't do anything big on the film- the handful of shots I did were pretty quick ones and not worth posting really. This was the longest one I did and it was a scene I was hoping to get- I just always liked these crows. (Also sorry for the quality of the video- technology is wearing me down and had to record off the TV and just be done with this!) #SonyAnimation #netflixanimation #genndytartakovsky #FixedMovie #2danimation #penciltest #traditionanimation #adultcartoons
