Looks great. how much real-time movement can you get on individual fingers with the arm movement? Could you do a thumbs up into counting down for example.

Would be possible if I was finger tracking. With this setup I'd have to make those poses before hand then decide how I want to drive those poses. I like more traditional puppets where the fingers aren't moveable, but it's all possible. Really just depends on your inputs.
