#ISROfixYourPR NISAR is the only satellite for which PR has been done for only 1/3rd of the satellite! 🤡 Look at this awesome video by NASA showing the journey of their S-band radar and the radar reflector boom+antenna to India. The L-band radar + the entire rest of the spacecraft is made by ISRO, and the launch service is also provided by ISRO, but you wouldn't know that unless NASA themselves tell you about it, cuz ISRO doesn't care 🤡

Automatic Helicopter Landings on Naval Ships Landing a helicopter on a moving naval ship is one of the most demanding tasks in aviation. The flight deck continuously changes its position, attitude, and velocity with the sea, requiring precise relative positioning throughout the approach. The landing sequence uses two navigation systems. During the approach, Differential GPS (DGPS) guides the helicopter along a calculated flight path. Near the flight deck, navigation switches to a laser guidance system, providing centimeter-level relative positioning for the final hover and touchdown. During the automatic hover, the flight control system continuously compensates for ship motion, wind, and turbulence to maintain a stable landing position. This significantly reduces pilot workload and can safely complete the landing even if the pilot becomes incapacitated. The system entered operational service on the JMSDF SH-60K Seahawk, becoming the world's first operational system capable of fully automatic landings of a manned helicopter on a moving naval ship. It was developed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.

There are more than 15,000 satellites orbiting the Earth by the end of 2025 already. A space satellite is launched into orbit using a powerful rocket that lifts it through Earth’s atmosphere at speeds over 17,500 miles per hour (28,000 km/h). Once it reaches the right altitude and velocity, the rocket releases the satellite, allowing it to circle Earth due to the balance between gravity pulling it down and its forward speed carrying it around the planet. "I grew up in a locality in Ahmedabad, which is called Satellite. It was named there because ISRO was started in Ahmedabad due to Dr. Vikram Sarabhai. And all of the SAR satellites which were built in India, were built from Ahmedabad." Gaurav Seth, CEO & Founder at PierSight, on why he built a satellite company in Ahmedabad, not Bangalore, not Hyderabad. "If you want to start a space company in 2018, you'll have to do a capex of $10 million even to build a 3U satellite. We've raised total of $10 million so far. We've been able to launch an in-orbit demo satellite, build a product drone-based SAR. And also now we'll be able to launch our commercial satellite."
