This State Trooper pulls this teenager over. He makes a deal with the her. He knows she is more than likely on mom and dad’s insurance so the deal is this- I won’t write you a ticket and will just give you a warning if you agree to call your mom or dad or uncle and let me tell them you were speeding. I will let them handle it at home. 🤝 She agrees to call mom and dad. But many said they would rather have the ticket. 😂 Otherd said if the parents don’t do anything about it then she will just keep speeding. They said he should have given her a ticket to save her life or someone else’s life down the road. I think that is a very creative and original way for the Trooper to handle it. What do you think? As a teenager, as a parent, would you want it handled this way? Do you think he should have given her the ticket or do you think the way he handled it was very nice on his part?

Do you read a lot of books but feel like nothing in your life has changed? If so do this: Every time you finish a chapter, write down 1 key lesson you learned and apply it within the week. Keep it simple and aim to apply one lesson at a time. Trying to apply too many lessons at once can get overwhelming and cause you to give up on all of them. He even adds that Charlie can read faster than he can, and that "it's a huge advantage to be able to read fast." Then he tells a story on himself, by way of Woody Allen: "I read War and Peace last night in 20 minutes. It's about Russia." That punchline, Buffett admits, hits a little too close: "that's the problem I have when I try and read fast. I get all through reading the book and I say it's about business." Just like this beaver, you can give the animal different sticks and it will build a different dam, but it will always build a dam. And you can give humans different "education," but the human will always use it to do what its genes tell it to do. This is the first big answer that you need. This is the biggest piece of the puzzle. This is how to understand people 90% of the way. You just... notice what they do, and get out of the way, and watch them do it. And if they need sticks, you give them sticks. And if you don't like what they do, you have to get away from them.
