Gary Brecka just dropped a total paradigm-shifter while sitting with Barbara O’Neill and the room went silent… Brecka: “The parabolic rise in skin cancer is almost perfectly superimposable with the parabolic rise in sunscreen use.” O’Neill: “Exactly. Author Ian Whishart claims sunscreens themselves are causing basal cell carcinomas.” Brecka:... show more

I love Barbara O'Neill and have followed many of her protocols. However I cannot get behind her vilification of meat. With all these health gurus there is a need to take what you need and leave some of the stuff behind. Absolutely with her on the sun screen front.

I stopped wearing sunscreen a few years back and I rarely burn anymore. If I do it goes away the next day. I have fair skin, too. I don't wear sunglasses either. Has made a huge difference. Bc of the no wearing sunglasses my body tells me when to get out of the sun.

🚨 Exactly. And did you realize the same companies promoting sunscreen also are in the cancer industry? Yes, industry. It’s not a coincidence, very likely. And now with them blocking the sunshine through geo / climate engineering, it’s putting all of our health at risk again from double-jeopardy: reduced vitamin D and important mechanisms the sun’s energy activates within our bodies and the breathing in of the metals and chemicals used in that process of blocking the sun.

Once I stopped consuming processed foods and seed oils, switched to butter and tallow for fats in my diet, I find I don't sunburn anymore and don't need sunscreen.
I live in Florida, never wear sunscreen and rarely burn. Eat healthy and get regular sun and you'll be able to handle it no problem!

Thought this for years. Picture of my son on holiday in Greece this year. Zero suncream! It should be called Sunscam!

Theee years ago, right after moving to Belize, I stopped using sunscreen altogether, after hearing about this from @thegarybrecka. He’s been preaching this for a long time. I eased into the sun, without sunscreen, in Central America, increasing my time exposure, in addition to getting 30 minutes of red light every morning at sunrise. I didn’t burn. I felt AMAZING. There are no chemtrails in the sky there, either, btw. I’m 63. My profile photo is not filtered.

OK. The only way this makes sense…Is Korea showing an uptick as well? Show us their stats. They are obsessed with light skin. And they liberally apply sunscreen, and wear hats.

I have almost never used sunscreen in my life and certainly none in decades, I go out in the sun as much as possible, do take vitamin D supplements and have never had a single skin cancer, though I go yearly for checkups,

In the late 90s, this song was extremely popular on the radio

I wish more people would not fight this reality. When I’ve said this to people, they give you a horrifying look.

I saw this, they telling the truth. I stopped sunscreen 2 yrs ago & I have not burned. I cut seed oils out as well. I get 30min-1 hr of sun daily if can.

OMG two of my favorite healers. These two could heal the world if they let them

Dr. Jack Kruse should be in the convo too!-

Have not used it in years. I try to be in the sun and also early morning or evenings look at the sun.

Wait till everyone sees the studies with mice using seed oils and having sun exposure 😂

Please stop.

Also the use of 🌞 😎 eyes dont adjust to sunlight so ur body doesn't produce the vitamins it should!.....

Stop seed oils and you will stop burning in the sun

I got bro science-pilled on this a few years back and quit wearing sunscreen, and I spend my summers in eastern Washington where it’s commonly 90-100 degrees. Haven’t had a sunburn since…just put a little Greek olive oil-based skin moisturizer on afterwards and I’m fine.

The sunscreen/skin cancer correlation was evident years ago. But no one would listen!

People are saying that seed oils react with UV light, causing skin cancer. But I found out that only the REFINED oils are doing that. I use ZINC sunscreen.

And not the parabolic rise in sunbathing just to get tanned for no fucking reason. Ladies used to go to great lengths to protect their skin from the sun.

Two pseudoscience grifters for the price of one

Crunchy moms had known this for at least a decade. Quit using sunscreen. And quit wearing sunglasses before 1pm.

If you have the choice of block or get burned you should block.

Exactly. The Dermatologist tells patients to apply sunscreen that says right on the package it contributes to skin cancer!

And for those who don't use sunscreen and still get skin cancer?

Interesting perspective, and it’s true vitamin D is crucial—but correlation doesn’t prove causation. Sunscreen prevents harmful UV damage, so moderation and smart sun exposure are key. Definitely makes you rethink the balance.

100% and I will plug @zaidkdahhaj into this, he goes real deep. Highly recommend

I figured this out over 15 years ago for myself and haven’t used it since.

This isn’t ground breaking. Probably about ten years behind there buddy.

I am fair skinned and stopped wearing sun glasses, sunscreen and added Vitamin D/K2...I am careful in the beginning of spring to work up slowly, but never burn and I am out in the yard a lot gardening.
