I am really super happy to show you my research that transform 3D volumetric capture of man capture with Kartel.ai and with env gaussian splatting generated with World Labs in a three.js player . And all that is "upscale" using Hunyuan vid2vid model with a Lora train on videos on the main actor. Hope the future of movie is here :) . Still need some work, but you can get the idea

Yeaah with Kartel.ai and Jesse Wellens ! So training Lora for character on Flux and also for Wan 2.1 14B ( using dataset video ) make a Huge difference. So here you are seeing a volumetric capture of Jesse Wellens that we did in at the spatial studio of Kartel.ai We use a a World Labs gaussian splatting to create a simple environment that we put with the volumetric capture in our own webgl viewer ( out soon for everyone ). After that, We use after this output in a ComfyUI workflow with Wan Fun control ( a bit similar Vace but its working for Wan 14B) with the double loras , the first to generate the first frame with flux, and the second one to guide the generation of Wan 2.1 Control. So we keep very good consistency of character and position, and creating amazing worlds :) ! Hope you will find it cool !

Gaussian splatting is so good at capturing context. For me, it has changed my approach to volumetric photography. For me with photogrammetry, it was very much either object-based, space based, or facade-based, always with the subject’s bounds being very clearly defined during capture But with splats, I can think more frustum-based, composing a scene with a foreground, background, and subject, and shooting it. It gives me back the freedom I had with traditional photography

V2 of the Sega logo - I was always thinking about the red - but needed the animation completed first before I pulled the trigger. Still need my wall splat SFX. Getting a bunch of questions about this! It's a full gpu rendering pipeline with built in shader editor for Rive, which can interleave 2D + 3D. Think WebGPU (minus compute, for now) that runs anywhere, not just the browser. You can implement anything at all. Cell shading. Background blurs. Deformation effects. And yes, even Rive vector components as textures. Shaders are precompiled and ship with your .riv. Minimal runtime size impact. Still WIP.

The SHARP model from Apple is pretty amazing. I was able to generate a surprisingly good 3D Gaussian splat from the Big Sur wallpaper in just a few seconds. This is the kind of tech that belonged in sci-fi movies not too long ago.

More coming soon ! I manage to integrate for the first time volumetric 3D video made with Kartel.ai inside the AI world generated in gaussian splatting by World Labs !! I coded all in three.js! And it's possible to integrate elements on the fly ;) And so you can imagine soon what we will produce with that en AI : consistency of character and environment, relighting etc...
