Anything dyed red is made from bugs. They list in the ingredients as cochineal. Enjoy those Doritos!

Hearing about this new app developed by the Germans that allows users to scan for insect-derived ingredients in supermarket foods is quite intriguing. Personally, I find it really useful to have more transparency about the ingredients in the food I consume. As more alternative protein sources are being introduced, it's nice to have a tool that helps me make informed choices based on my preferences and dietary needs. This app could also be a game-changer for people who want to stay away from insects products. It's a fascinating glimpse into how technology can empower consumers in the grocery aisles.

Yeah my brain hurts when I look at the ingredients nowadays! It's becoming scary to eat. I went to the grocery store today and found out that brown rice contains arsenic from the soil? Rinse it, soak it, do the westin price method of soaking. Guess if I eat less I'll Lose weight
