In WWI&WWII,Germany invaded and occupied Bosnia which was part of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. In WWII,Germany allied with NDH(Bosnian Muslims+Ustashas)committed genocide against the Serbs,Jews and Roma.Together,they continued eridacting the Serbs again in 1992.They're at it again!

We are closer to peace than ever during the war, but at the same time we cannot be sure whether Russia is ready for peace. Peace is most often a compromise, and we must prepare for the fact that all parts of a peace agreement will likely not meet our sense of justice. However, we will do everything we can to ensure that Ukraine’s independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity are preserved. Ukraine is part of a free and democratic Europe now and in the future. We will continue to support Ukraine, we will not tire, and together with our allies we will ensure that Russia will never again attack its neighbor.

Today, together with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset, we signed the Agreement on the Establishment of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine. Today’s Agreement and this Tribunal give us a real chance to ensure justice for the crime of aggression. We must send a clear message: aggression leads to punishment. And we must do this together — as all of Europe. The Hague is waiting for those responsible. There must be accountability. We are grateful to the Council of Europe for taking the lead in this process. Justice will certainly be restored.

We must act together—everyone who has the necessary strength and influence—to guarantee a reliable peace, to compel Russia to peace. But we must act now, in the coming months. We need to strengthen our soldiers on the frontlines and bolster our shared positions. Now, at the team level, we will work with our European partners to fill each step of our plan to the fullest. This will lead us to an effective second Peace Summit, so that the war ends. And that it was just and fair end to this war.
