All lights on single phase electricity flicker. Incandescent or led. It happens so fast the human eye doe not see it. Just happened the shutter speed was in sync with the flicker. All your lights flicker all the time, you just can’t see it. 😄

That's just the difference between the camera shutter speed and the 60hz frequency coming from the light fixtures causing a flicker.
