When I first saw this, it literally blew my mind the amount of tech from the future would hold. Now...we're on the cusp of this technology now. Drones, AI, brain-jacking to use our brains to control programming, VR... It's why I love anime so much.

Where can I watch this?

I remember my dad renting this from Blockbuster, not knowing the content. When he saw the tiddies, he said I had to go to bed. I still found a way to watch it.
