Suffering from period cramps, so I had to go easy on this workout: • Hip abduction (leaning back) • Hip thrusts • B stance RDLs • Bulgarian split squats (Idk why I did pull ups lol) Go to the gym. No excuses :)

Don't skip the glutes. 😄 Behind the scenes of Built for Better — cable glute kickbacks. Most people ignore direct glute work completely. Strong glutes mean a stronger everything else. Check out Built for Better here: 💪

Very proud of my progress on a serious note. :) will say that hip thrusts and rdls make a big difference in glute growth :0 maybe some genetics but I personally had to work for my butt imo…

Chest and triceps day is here. We're hitting cable flys, flat bench with rest pauses, and heavy dips to failure. Pushing limits today! #Fitness #Workout

Most people overcomplicate ab training by treating them differently than every other muscle Train them with resistance, to failure & progressively overload them Cable crunches are an S-tier option: * ribs to pelvis * minimize hip movement * slow stretch to the top

Glute + hamstring day for beginners and busy schedules 🍑🔥 No fancy equipment, no 2-hour sessions. Just dumbbells, a bench, and effort that counts. Save this for your next leg day 💪 Which move burns the most for you: RDLs or hip thrusts? What do you want me to break down next? #doitanyway #noexcuses #gymquotes #motivation #mindset #GymGirl #FitnessMotivation #GymTok #Workout
