Organic oatmeal isn’t that much better… oats still contain heavy metals, phytic acid, mycotoxins, and saponins. The micronutrient profile of oats is also very weak compared to other sources of carbohydrates.

Fruits and honey are a way better source of carbohydrates for breakfast. They are high in bioavailable vitamins and minerals without any of the harmful compounds found in oats.

Glyphosate is not “sprayed all over oats” It is not a carcinogen. It doesn’t cause infertility. It’s as critical to Agriculture as vaccines are to medicine. Do you know who is promoting the message you’re spreading? RFK Jr. And you’ve bought it hook, line & sinker.

All grains are toxic to mammals. Read Wheat Belly Revised and Expnaded. Rome used them for feed slaves and plebs.

I’ve eliminated oats completely off my diet and my health and gut has dramatically improved.

I recently reintroduced organic thick oats. Just like before, I look and feel my best eating them every morning. Losing fat, too.

Bro you flex the MD for credibility but don’t say it’s in psychology? I rather not get car mechanics advice from my plumber 😂

Why is there a religious like obsession with glyphosate? There are worse chemicals in the world. Many of them in kitchen and bathroom cupboards. Coffee and beer are more harmful to health than glyphosate. Let's change the narrative and #returntodialogue

Food Safety Activist Kelly Ryerson on eating safely: Most people have no idea how deeply glyphosate—an herbicide linked to serious health concerns—has infiltrated our food. The worst offenders? It’s not what you think. “It’s not just pesticides sprayed during growth—it’s crops sprayed right before harvest to kill and dry them out faster.” This pre-harvest spraying is standard for non-organic: ⚠️Grains (like wheat, oats, barley) ⚠️Legumes (especially chickpeas and lentils) ⚠️Some sugarcane Farmers spray crops just before harvest so everything dies and dries uniformly. That makes it easier to harvest—but it comes with a huge cost. Glyphosate isn’t just on the surface of these foods. It’s systemic. It gets into the crop itself. It can’t be washed off. “That poison goes from the field, straight to the mill, into the box, onto your table.” At the mill, there’s no filtering it out. The food companies buy it up, turn it into cereal, hummus, granola bars, breads, and pastas. By then, glyphosate is part of the product. And it shows up in testing: 👉 A Moms Across America study found shocking levels of glyphosate in Banza chickpea pasta—a product marketed to health-conscious, gluten-free consumers. 👉 Tests regularly show off-the-charts levels in conventional hummus made from sprayed chickpeas. 👉 Cereal, bread, granola bars, oat-based snacks—all often come back contaminated with high glyphosate levels. “I once stood in a Whole Foods in NYC and heard a couple debating hummus.” They passed on the organic version because of price. I couldn’t help myself—I stepped in. I said, “Please get the organic one. The regular has glyphosate.” They looked at me like I was nuts. But that’s the level of awareness we’re dealing with. If it’s not organic, it can be sprayed. And if it’s sprayed, it’s in the food." Follow Kelly here! Kelly Ryerson
