I’m confused. To prevent early extension…and asking to stand closer to the ball…are you indirectly promoting swinging over the top?

If the ball is too far away at address, they HAVE to early extend

I moved a smigde closer to the ball, which has allowed me stand taller at address and rotate better, eliminating early extension

Totally agree with both options you stated. So many times when someone early extends it’s a set issue such as backside to far outside heels only way they can move is forward. 👍
