Made nanner puddin tonight. Made watergate salad for Christmas. Love blackberries and sugar but only a splash of milk. That was too much in the picture. Hubby loves fried apple pies, but I have to make them with sauce instead of chunks! Nothing like homemade desserts!

My mom was from Virginia mountains. Grew up in Texas, where this was standard fair. The apple pancakes were rare though.

I grew up on all of those! brown sugar toast was my thing. And cherry jell-o w/bananas. My brother was a Nanner pudding junkie!
