I have not seen enough about the decision from Mike Vrabel and Tim Kelly to go for 2 down by 8 last night. Here’s why I loved it: 1) NFL teams this season have been successful on 55% of two-point conversion attempts. The odds were in the Titans’ favor. 2) Will Levis was dealing in the 2nd half. 3) Titans still had all three timeouts and the two-minute warning. 4) Miami struggled to move the ball on offense all night. Their three scoring drives went for 12, 7, and 59 yards. 5) If successful on the two-point conversion, a stop on defense and a TD wins the game. If unsuccessful, you can still send it to OT. 6) Titans offense marched down the field, scored the TD to make it a one possession game and essentially told Miami, “we are going for two because we know you cannot stop us right now.” The odds are in your favor. It’s a good mathematical decision. You want to psych out an opposing offense? Give them the ball knowing they need to run the clock out, or you are going to have a chance to WIN the game, not send it to overtime. They saw what your offense just did to their defense. They saw your QB on the sideline screaming and hyping everyone up. Cutting the lead to six put WAY more pressure on the Dolphins offense. You want to hype up your defense? Put them back on the field knowing your offense just did their job. Put them back on the field knowing a stop and a TD wins it. At that point, they aren’t in the mindset of “we need a stop to have a chance to go to OT.” They are thinking, “let’s go out here, get a stop, and give our offense a chance to WIN.” There’s a fundamental difference in playing to WIN and playing NOT to LOSE. This was a decision by a coaching staff that was playing to WIN. Brilliant game by Vrabel and Kelly. Brilliant execution late in the game by the offense and the defense. Completely out-coached one of the best offensive minds in the game. #Titans

Hills I will die on as an elementary school teacher, who just wrapped up my 32nd year teaching! 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to teach, this profession is not for you. 2. Our students are not “ours”. They are their families, and we need to understand the magnitude of the calling, and responsibility we have to meet them where they are, and to help them to get to a place that they never thought possible. 3. As important as the curriculum is (and it IS important), the children in our classroom are what matter most. It’s our JOB to teach the curriculum to SERVE our students, NOT to use our students to push any sort of agenda. 4. Just as we teach our students to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our students better than they were when they first entered into our classroom. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every child. 5. We should not teach our children WHAT to think, but HOW to think, and how to use that knowledge to bless and serve not only themselves, but the world around them. 6. Our words carry little (or NO value), if we do not practice what we preach. 7. If we don’t make learning fun, children will view learning as a chore, and we we will be creating a generation of children who grow up to be young adults who don’t see the joy in learning new things. 8. The child that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Never tell a child they “can’t” do something. God has blessed each of them with far more strengths and talents than we may know, and it’s not our job to tell them what they can’t do, but to help them to realize all the things they CAN do. 10. The legacy you leave as a teacher will never be determined by your student’s test scores, but by the human beings you helped them become throughout their lives.

STOP KILLING YOUR GEARBOX 😡😡😡🤬 (Correct sequence to park an automatic car ) You’ve been parking your automatic car the wrong way for years, and it is slowly destroying your transmission. Most people just pull into a spot, slam the gear into P (Park), and then pull the handbrake. If you’re doing this, you are literally asking your gearbox to hold the entire weight of your car. Here is the Right way to do it in 5 steps: 1. Come to a full stop with your foot on the brake. 2. Shift the gear to N (Neutral). 3. Pull your Handbrake (or engage the electronic parking brake) with your foot still on the foot brake 4. Engage Parking Gear 5. Remove Your Foot from the Brakes. Why should you do this? Inside your transmission, there’s a tiny metal pin called a Parking Pawl. When you put the car in Park (P) without using the handbrake first, that tiny pin is the only thing stopping your car from rolling away. If you are parked on a hill or a slope, the stress on that pin is massive. Have you ever noticed that loud, painful CLUNK sound when you try to shift out of Park on a hill or slope? That’s the sound of your transmission screaming. You are literally forcing the gears to grind against that pinned-up weight. Over time, you’re rounding off the edges of that metal pin or, worse, snapping it. The handbrake was designed to hold the weight of the car onto the chassis frame. The transmission was designed to shift gears. Stop making the gearbox do the heavy lifting. Except of course you want to replace it regularly (that's not cheap). You're welcome 🤝🏾 .

I spent 48 hours running AI from my phone. Here are 11 things that turned out to be possible and 3 that almost cost me money Forgot my laptop at home and thought the day was lost. Opened a terminal from my phone and decided to see how long I could last Lasted 2 days. Not just lasted but made $840 What works from a phone: 1. Set up Claude Code through SSH in 10 minutes while riding the subway 2. Get Telegram pushes every time a wallet enters a position 3. Copy a trade with 1 tap without taking out my earbuds 4. Launch scripts by voice through Shortcuts 5. Monitor 3 wallets simultaneously without a single lag 6. Get a morning report at 7 AM as a regular message 7. Rebuild the bot when it crashed while sitting in a cab 8. Check PnL without opening a browser 9. Add a new wallet to tracking in 30 seconds 10. Set up auto-copying without confirmation on verified wallets 11. Get a full strategy breakdown of a wallet through Claude Code in a regular chat And here is what almost killed the deposit: 1. My finger slipped and I entered at twice the planned size. Did not notice for 20 minutes. Got lucky that the position ended up in profit but it could have gone very differently 2. My phone died at 2 AM. Missed the exit signal and the position dropped $110 while I slept. By morning I realized that a power bank is just as much a part of the strategy as the bot itself 3. The delay when copying was 40 seconds. On a 15-minute market that is an eternity. The price moved from 8 cents to 23, and instead of a 12x return I got a 4x. Still profit but you feel the difference immediately Total for 48 hours: +$840. Screen time on the phone: 47 minutes. Never needed the laptop The entire time I was following the same wallet. That is the 1 that was sending me signals at 2 AM: The phone turned out to be a fully functional control panel. But this control panel has no safety switch. And that is worth remembering every time you are tapping with 1 hand in the coffee line

Hills I will die on as someone who has coached high school football for over 29 years: 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to coach, this profession is not for you. 2. As much as we need to know our trade, getting to know (and to love), our players is far more important. 3. This is an INTENSE game, and it’ll never be “just a game”, but it IS a game. Remember that when you’re with your team, and more importantly, remember that when you’re with your family. 4. Just as we teach our athletes to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our athletes better than they were when they first entered into our program. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every individual. 5. Life is complicated enough, let’s not complicate the game in such a way that we take the joy of it away from others. In other words… Keep it simple. 6. Our words carry little (or NO), value, if we don’t practice what we preach. WE as coaches should be learning and growing each and every day, just as we expect our athletes to. 7. As much as we all want to win those championship rings for our athletes, make sure you don’t lose your wedding ring in the process. 8. The athlete that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Be where your feet are. Don’t fall into the trap of chasing logos and thinking that a higher division, a bigger school, or going from HS to college, or even college to the pros, is going to be more rewarding or fulfilling. 10. The legacy you leave as a coach will never be determined by your wins and losses, but by the lives you were able to change for the better!

If I was FORCED to make $20k/month with tiktok slideshows in 30 days, starting from 0, here's exactly what i would do in 20 steps: Days 1-3: Account infrastructure 1. Sign up to glitchy, pick walmart gift card rewards offer (2 min) 2. Buy 10 aged tiktok accounts off accsmarket ($15-20 total) 3. Get a US VPN running on every device — non-negotiable for US traffic targeting 4. Set up 1 phone per 3 accounts max (device cluster rule) 5. Warm all 10 accounts 72 hrs — scroll fyp 30 min/day, no posting Days 4-10: Content machine 6. Fresh research account locked to ur niche — tiktok feeds u the winners daily 7. Screenshot 50 viral slideshow frames directly from ur FYP 8. Claude writes 100 hook variations against proven patterns in 2 min 9. Gemini modifies images — "add crying face" / "make her shocked" 10. Build slideshows INSIDE the tiktok editor — adding text natively lets the algo read ur content and push it to the right ppl Days 11-20: Scale what works 11. Post 2-3 slideshows per account per day = 20-30 posts daily 12. Seed 5 comments per post within the first 15 min from spare accounts to spike engagement velocity 13. Kill any post under 500 views at 24hrs — no emotional attachment 14. Any post over 10k views = generate 20 unique variations and roll them out across every account 15. Run every variation through ffmpeg + spoof the metadata so tiktok reads each upload as fresh content Days 21-30: Automate + compound 16. Hire 2 filipino VAs at $5/hr to take over posting + comment seeding (~$400/mo) 17. Reinvest week 2 profits into 5 more aged accounts — now running 15+ 18. Build a funnelish landing page w fake testimonials above the fold to warm the click before they hit the offer 19. Cloudflare hosting so the page loads in under a second on mobile 20. By day 30 ur running 15 accounts, 30+ posts daily, fully systemized The realistic math: → 900 posts in 30 days → 3-4 of them go mega viral (3-4M views each) → At $6-8k per 1M views, one viral post = $20-30k → 3 mega virals × $25k avg = $75k+ The other 896 posts that didnt mega viral still produce mid-tier hits and steady traffic on top of that. Realistic month 1 as a beginner: $1-3k if u execute well. $5k if u get lucky with an early winning angle. Most ppl who treat it as a serious project and post daily see their first real month between months 2-3. Hooks written by AI. Images modified by AI. Posting handled by VAs. Comments seeded by VAs. Set it up once. Let it print. Comment "BLUEPRINT" and i'll send u my full tiktok slideshow blueprint. (must be following + repost)

[LSTM] by Hand ✍️ LSTMs have been the most effective architecture to process long sequences of data, until our world was taken over by the Transformers. LSTMs belong to the broader family of recurrent neural network (RNNs) that process data sequentially in a recurrent manner. Transformers, on the other hand, abandon recurrence and use self-attention instead to process data concurrently in parallel. Recently, there is renewed interest in recurrence as people realized self-attention doesn’t scale to extremely long sequences, like hundreds of thousands of tokens. Mamba is a good example to bring back recurrence. All of a sudden, it is cool to study LSTMs. How do LSTMs work? [1] Given ↳ 🟨 Input sequence X1, X2, X3 (d = 3) ↳ 🟩 Hidden state h (d = 2) ↳ 🟦 Memory C (d = 2) ↳ Weight matrices Wf, Wc, Wi, Wo Process t = 1 [2] Initialize ↳ Randomly set the previous hidden state h0 to [1, 1] and memory cells C0 to [0.3, -0.5] [3] Linear Transform ↳ Multiply the four weight matrices with the concatenation of current input (X1) and the previous hidden state (h0). ↳ The results are feature values, each is a linear combination of the current input and hidden state. [4] Non-linear Transform ↳ Apply sigmoid σ to obtain gate values (between 0 and 1). • Forget gate (f1): [-4, -6] → [0, 0] • Input gate (i1): [6, 4] → [1, 1] • Output gate (o1): [4, -5] → [1, 0] ↳ Apply tanh to obtain candidate memory values (between -1 and 1) • Candidate memory (C’1): [1, -6] → [0.8, -1] [5] Update Memory ↳ Forget (C0 .* f1): Element-wise multiply the current memory with forget gate values. ↳ Input (C’1 .* o1): Element-wise multiply the “candidate” memory with input gate values. ↳ Update the memory to C1 by adding the two terms above: C0 .* f1 + C’1 .* o1 = C1 [6] Candiate Output ↳ Apply tanh to the new memory C1 to obtain candidate output o’1. [0.8, -1] → [0.7, -0.8] [7] Update Hidden State ↳ Output (o’1 .* o1 → h1): Element-wise multiply the candidate output with the output gate. ↳ The result is updated hidden state h1 ↳ Also, it is the first output. My entire Polymarket strategy right now is Ctrl+C on a wallet making $20K a month and Ctrl+V on my account. Yeah. I know how that sounds. 6 months ago I would have closed the chat on anyone who said this. Probably blocked them too. But here is where I am: last month, +$2,700. Trading decisions I made: 0. For context, my best month of manual trading was $580. And that took 3-4 hours a day. Let me back up. For 6 months I was a "real trader." Charts on 2 monitors. 3 Discord alpha groups. NOAA weather data at 2 AM because someone said temperature markets were free money. Spreadsheets tracking 40 wallets. Every thread read. An opinion on every market. Average month: somewhere between $400 and "I would rather not say." I was very busy. Just not very profitable. Then something clicked. Not an insight about markets. An insight about me. The wallets I was tracking, the ones pulling $15K-$30K a month, had data pipelines, sub-second execution, and models I could not replicate in a year of trying. I was not competing with other retail traders. I was competing with infrastructure. You do not outrun a car. You get in the car. So I stopped. Stopped picking markets. Stopped reading forecasts. Stopped setting 3 AM alarms for data drops. Found 3 wallets with 90+ day track records and consistent returns. Not the flashy ones posting $3M screenshots on Twitter. The boring ones pulling 4-6% weekly on liquid markets. Connected automatic copying. 1 evening. Maybe 15 minutes of actual setup. That was 5 weeks ago. 1st week I checked the dashboard every 2 hours. Old habits. 2nd week, once a day. Now I check maybe every 5 or 6 days. Trades execute on their own. I do not choose markets. I do not analyze odds. I do not decide position sizes. 5 weeks in: +$3,100 total. Same capital that would have made me $300-400 doing it manually. Same money. Different operator. Or rather, no operator. I did not make a single trading decision. That was the whole point. The logic is short: top wallets have speed, data, and execution you and I will never have. You can not beat them. But you can stand next to them and do exactly what they do, at roughly the same time, in the same markets. The tool I use: PMX 1 evening. 15 minutes. 0 decisions since: 6 months of charts taught me less than 1 evening of copying. Turns out the smartest move in trading is not trading at all.
