Claude Fable 5 + Claude Design is f*cking insane 🤯 Anthropic just dropped its most intelligent model ever, and the first thing I pointed it at was email design. I built a complete email campaign design in Claude Design, and the difference is night and day: tighter layouts, cleaner hierarchy, on-brand from the first generation. All inside Claude Design with Fable 5. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still paying email agencies $3-5K/month for campaign designs that take 2 weeks to ship. If your campaign calendar is packed but every new email means briefing a designer, waiting on mockups, sending notes, and waiting again... This workflow eliminates the entire bottleneck: → Load your brand design system into Claude Design once (colors, fonts, logo, button styling) → Switch the model to Claude Fable 5 — Anthropic's new state-of-the-art model with the best vision of any AI → Prompt the campaign email section by section: header, hero, headline, offer block, CTA → Fable 5 nails layout and brand details that older models fumbled → Iterate inline — swap images, adjust styling, color-pick directly in the canvas → Export the finished email and hand off to your ESP No briefing a designer. No 2-week turnaround on a single campaign. No paying an agency $4K/month for 4 emails. What you get: → Campaign emails designed in minutes, not weeks → A reusable design system every new email pulls from automatically → Noticeably smarter design decisions from Fable 5's upgraded vision → Full inline editing before anything touches your ESP Built 100% with Claude Design + Claude Fable 5. I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how this works. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "FABLE" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

How to 10x your design with Figma Make ⭐️ I spent 40+ hours testing Figma Make prompts. Most designers waste time with vague prompts and get garbage outputs. Here are the exact prompts and proven workflow that actually work: 1️⃣. Prompt formula: Bad: "Create a dashboard" Good: "Create a SaaS analytics dashboard with: → Left sidebar navigation (240px wide) → Top bar with user profile → 4 metric cards in a grid → Line chart showing revenue trend → Use blue (#2563EB) as primary color" The more you specify = higher quality. 2️⃣ Workflow: Import Your Design System First Before your first prompt: → Go to your main Figma file → Export your component library → Import it into Make → Add this to every prompt: "Use components from [Your Library Name]" Now everything matches your brand automatically. 3️⃣. Prompt for Interactive States: "Create a login form with: → Email and password inputs → Show error state when fields are empty → Disabled button state when form is incomplete → Success message after submission → Add smooth transitions between states" Gets you working prototypes, not static screens. 4️⃣. Advanced Prompts: Data States "Create a user list screen with three states: → Loading (skeleton screens) → Success (populated table with 10 users) → Empty (illustration + 'No users yet' message + 'Add User' CTA)" One prompt = complete UX coverage. 5️⃣. The "Design System Drift” Fix: Notice Make using wrong colors? → Try this Prompt: "Analyze my imported library and list all color tokens, then regenerate using only those exact values" It'll self-correct and stick to your system. 6️⃣. Responsive Design Prompt: "Create a pricing page with 3 tiers. Make it responsive: → Desktop: 3 columns side-by-side → Tablet: 2 columns with 3rd below → Mobile: Stacked vertically → Use Auto Layout for fluid scaling" This gets you mobile + desktop in one shot. 7️⃣. Magic Troubleshoot Prompts: Output looks off? → Try: "Redesign this following Material Design principles" → Or: "Make this follow iOS Human Interface Guidelines" → Or: "Apply Gestalt principles for better visual hierarchy" Give it design frameworks to follow. It works magic. Designers who master prompt engineering in 2026 will ship 10x more than everyone else. P.s. I made a Gameboy for Pokémon. (bookmark this for later)

home page hero ✨ Design notes: - "Forever" hero text dot pixel FX done in Unicorn Studio. (I will do a whole tutorial on this later. Unicorn's WebGL engine is absolutely wild and very powerful / robust) - built in Framer - I wanted to recreate the iOS unlock effect where your home screen icons cascade into place in a beautifully timed choreography. This took a lot of careful timing using Framer's "Appear" effect on the hero text and surrounding avatars because it was super important that we didn't lose the legibility of our main message ("Build Your Forever Audience") with all the animations. - If you look closely, the choreography is setup to lead your eye through the hero text first starting with "Build Your" then "Forever" and finally "Audience." - With those text layers in place + the surrounding avatars, there is a slight 1 sec pause before the remaining elements slide in below and above (How it works, CTA buttons, announcement badge, and lastly the main nav). - All told the entire loading sequence is 6 seconds - Custom particle system powers the interactive star field (the stars slowly gravitate to your pointer position, and the star field perspective changes ever so subtly as you move your mouse around on the page) - I have 3 shooting stars made of small white line layers that start out off canvas rotated at different angles that shoot across to another point off canvas at random times on a loop effect. - Given this hero scene is in space, I wanted the surrounding avatar elements to "float" in low gravity mode. For this I used Framer's loop effect that slowly oscillates the layer's y position. I then offset the delay of each element randomly to stagger the floating loop so each avatar floats independently/randomly - The final major treatment for this hero scene was the scroll animations on the avatars. I wanted to create a bit of a warp speed effect when you scroll down, as if the avatars were being pulled or sucked into a worm hole as you scroll down below this hero fold. - To accomplish this, I applied Framer's scroll transform affect set to "section in view" on each of the floating avatars, and set the "scroll to" position of the upper avatars to be much, much further away on the y-axis than the "scroll to" position of the lower avatars. (eg. -1700px on upper most avatars vs. -600px on lowest positioned avatars). This effectively causes the upper avatars to slide up off the hero canvas with much greater velocity than the lower positioned avatars. - And when you scroll back up to the hero section, the inverse happens where the lower positioned avatars "arrive back in place" from up above the hero canvas before the upper avatars come back into the scene and settle in place. - Overall I wanted this hero section to feel alive. The floating avatars, particle system with very subtle star movements, and the Caustics effect on the "Forever" text all sort of move at the pace of slow breathing - which is a great pace to create a sense of life and comfort in your scene. Conversion Results (so far) - When this new Framer site launched along with Calaxy v1.9 release on Base a couple weeks ago, we saw a surge in traffic, around 20k page views in the first few days. - Of those 20k hits, 11k visited the app install page ( - which is our main CTA - We saw around 10K new users in the first week after v1.9 launch Overall I'm very happy with the new site and early performance metrics. Lots of tweaking to do but its a good start. If you are a designer building in Framer - hit me with any questions on the above hero notes. Happy to share more specifics! 👾

What does it look like when a travel brand starts from mythology and ends up inside a booking conversation? Francis Davidson, co-founder of Sonder, had a specific belief: that the trip you imagine and the trip you take shouldn't be two different things. Odessia was created to close that distance and excited for Little Plains to have been along for this journey. Odessia is named after a fictional Greek goddess of travel, one who covers all of it: the desire to go, the dawning clarity of what you actually want, the pleasure of the trip itself, and the memories that outlast it. She's been everywhere, which means she has taste without pretension. She listens as carefully as she advises. The identity flows directly from her. We drew the wordmark from engraved Greek letterforms, balancing geometric precision with a humanist touch. Odessia's face is laurel-crowned and sits at the center of the mark. We then built a coin system inspired by ancient Greek currency, animated and sculptural, designed to spin and catch light every time a traveler hits a milestone. We countered lots of warm antiquity, clay-based colors, with a deep ocean-blue, and warm sunrise gold. We wanted to give off the energy of: Dream wild. Plan easy. From this foundation, we moved into helping Francis (a design/dev unicorn!) with the product. We worked collaboratively to create conversational interfaces that lead with destinations, not technology. One conversation handles flights, hotels, itineraries, loyalty points, and booking from start to finish. The Odessia Collection adds 2,000+ luxury properties with VIP treatment built in: upgrades, credits, early check-in, for travelers who don't have a personal assistant but travel like they do. Travelers trust AI for the outcome, not the process. So Odessia built a product that shows the wonder and makes the optimization invisible. ~ Little Plains helped Francis, the amazing Emma Bates and the Odessia team with naming, brand strategy, identity, brand voice, product UX and UI, conversational interface design, icon and coin system, marketing site, and launch assets. Grateful to the Odessia team for the trust. Bon Voyage!

HIGGSFIELD + FABLE 5 BUILT A FULL CLIENT WEBSITE. MY PART WAS 35 MINUTES. the old studio needed a designer, a dev, and someone for media. every hire ate the margin. now you personally touch exactly two stages - the models handle the heavy middle: → INTAKE (you · ~15 min) turn the client request into a tight spec: pages, brand, edge cases. judgment work - the part actually worth paying for. → DESIGN (Fable 5) brief in → design system out: layouts, components, responsive states. the week-in-Figma part, gone. → BUILD + MEDIA (in parallel) Claude Code writes the site - components, CSS, animations, CMS, deploy. Higgsfield MCP generates every visual - hero video, product shots, motion - from prompts, in the same chat. → QA + HANDOFF (you · ~20 min) review against the spec, deploy, notify. templated after your first few clients. two human stages, both fast. the slow, labor-heavy middle is the one you removed yourself from. you went from laborer to orchestrator. CONNECT HIGGSFIELD (MCP): add it as a custom connector in Claude Code: - mcp_servers: - higgsfield: - url: " one OAuth flow. Claude generates and pulls clips directly - no exporting by hand. THE MATH: → what you sell: a productized site + a monthly retainer → what it costs you to deliver: ~$750/month across every client → the margin isn't clever pricing - the cost of delivery fell through the floor while the value stayed the same. you pocket the spread. one operator, three tools, the whole studio. Follow me, reply "MCP" and I'll send you the full step-by-step playbook. full breakdown in the article 👇

Karpathy's Agentic Engineering finally has proper tooling! (built by Google) Karpathy defined agentic engineering as the discipline that separates production agent work from vibe coding. The core skills he listed were spec design, eval loops, and security oversight. The problem has been that practicing this still requires a different tool for every phase: - editor for code - a terminal for scaffolding - a browser for testing - a cloud console for deployment - and a separate framework for evals. Every transition is a context switch. The solution to production-grade Agentic Engineering is now actually implemented in Google’s Agents CLI. It covers the entire workflow in one place for scaffolding, evaluating, and deploying ADK agents. One setup command injects 7 ADK-specific skills into a coding agent's context, which lets it handle scaffolding, evals, deployment, and enterprise registration through natural language. I tested this end-to-end by building a RAG agent from scratch using Claude Code. It scaffolded the full project from the ADK agentic_rag template, generated 20 eval scenarios with LLM-as-judge scoring, and returned a quantitative scorecard. Finally, it also deployed everything to Agent Runtime and registered the agent to Gemini Enterprise, so the entire org can discover and use it. The video below shows this in action, and I worked with the Google Cloud team to put this together. Agents CLI GitHub repo → (don't forget to star it ⭐ ) I wrote up the full build covering all six steps from install to enterprise registration. It includes the eval scorecard, the instruction loophole the eval caught before deployment, and what the deployment process actually looks like end-to-end. Read it below.

THIS GUY JUST REBUILT A $35,000 ANIMATED SITE FOR $12. IF YOU RUN A WEB STUDIO, YOU SHOULD PROBABLY KEEP SCROLLING. Every agency billing $100-149/hr is selling you five departments wearing one invoice. Here’s each one - collapsed into a single agentic session. LAYER 1 - THE CONCEPT ROOM (Claude) Reads the brief, pulls references, and scripts the scroll: what the visitor feels at second 3, second 15, second 40. → Used to be a strategist and a wall of mood boards. Now it’s a conversation. LAYER 2 - THE MOTION STUDIO (Higgsfield) Cinematic clips from 30+ generative models - hero shots, transitions, ambient loops - all matched to the story from Layer 1. → Used to be a motion artist on retainer. Now it’s a prompt. LAYER 3 - THE DEV TEAM (Claude Code) Scaffolds the site, writes the GSAP ScrollTrigger timelines and Lenis smooth-scroll, extracts frames, optimizes every asset. → A full scroll-driven build with zero hand-coded keyframes. LAYER 4 - THE DESIGN DEPT (baked-in cinematic layer) Six effects, zero config: film grain, particles, vignette, glass cards, color tints, scroll pacing. → The polish that justified the invoice - now it ships by default. LAYER 5 - THE QA PASS (Claude) Checks load speed, mobile breakpoints, and whether the scroll actually lands - then rewrites whatever doesn’t. → Used to be a client call and a revision cycle. Now it’s one more turn in the same session. Five departments. One operator. One pass. A strategist, a motion artist, a developer, a designer, and a QA lead - weeks of handoffs - now run in a single session. For a Claude subscription and a few dollars of Higgsfield credits. The studio was never selling talent. It was selling overhead. And the overhead just became five layers. Follow me, reply “website” to this post and I will send you the step-by-step Playbook 👇

Everyone's sleeping on image-to-3D AI models. They can make your app look incredibly unique, with just a little effort. Here's how. This is my calorie tracker, built in a week with nothing but prompting. Just Claude Code + a couple APIs. The visuals are all AI-generated. I'll be sharing the full workflow + all the crazy technical stuff Claude and I did to make this work, so nobody has to struggle through it like me. Deep dive coming soon! Till then, this is the high-level idea: 1. Get a clean image of the food (or whatever your asset is) - In my app, the user describes foods via text, or attaches images (or both) - If text, an LLM extracts the food description and formats it into a specific prompt I tuned for this design, and we generate an image using Z-Image Turbo through fal - If image, we do the same thing but with FLUX.2 [dev] to edit the user image into our reference design - Originally, both used Google Nano Banana, but switching to open models cut costs and latency a ton 2. Gaussian splatting (2D image → 3D model) - I tried various 2D-to-3D options on fal and ended up with TripoSplat as my preferred balance of speed, cost, latency; this turns an image into a 3D model that looks super high quality (link below) - The app displays the 2D image while our backend generates the 3D splat - We "groom" the splat to reduce size and load time by culling low-opacity/scale points 3. Render efficiently on device Originally, it looked great but ran at 10 FPS. Getting to 120 FPS was a crazy journey. TL;DR: - SwiftUI had to go; it forced us to render each asset in independent MTKViews, which wasn't workable - Instead, we composite every dish into one full-bleed CAMetalLayer using MetalSplatter (link below) - We had to make some optimizations within MetalSplatter's code too, to reduce the overhead of sorting points per render Then I added some finishing touches like the subtle rotation and parallax as they move around. I think it turned out pretty cool :) Overall, this took some effort, but we still got it done in less than a day. Hopefully your agent can follow in the footsteps of mine and do it much faster. Keep an eye out for the bigger writeup, which'll give your agent everything it needs. If you have any questions, drop em below!

I think I've stumbled onto the future of building startups. It wasn't supposed to happen this way. It's 2 AM. I'm editing a podcast, questioning every life decision that led me here. I've already burned through hundreds of thousands on this thing since 2021. Zero monetization. Just burning cash. My business partner's probably thinking I've lost it. We're juggling 6 businesses, and here I am, playing wannabe Joe Rogan. Then it hit me. Not during the podcast. In the darn comments section. I start sorting comments by "contains question" using this AI creator tool called VidIQ. "How do you validate ideas?" "What tools do you use?" "Can you dive deeper on XYZ topic?" These questions keep popping up. Over and over. That's when the lightbulb went off. What if I could turn this into a lead magnet machine? Find questions. Answer them with free stuff. Rinse. Repeat. I team up with Design Scientist to crank out 2 lead magnets a month. (Tried doing it myself first. But it was hard lol) We start pumping out things like "6 Tools I Use to Find Startup Ideas." Suddenly, I'm drowning in subscribers. 10,000 to 20,000 a month. On autopilot. Now, you're probably thinking, "Cool story, bro. But how's this a big idea?" Clarity of what to build is probably one of the most valuable ways to build products people want. You have to understand a niche's problem better than they even know them. Problem: what's the roadblock keeping founders stuck? Segment: group these founders by their specific obstacles. Product: build the bridge that gets them over their hurdle. I use ConvertKit like a scalpel, dissecting these segments. Not by age or location. By the problems they're desperate to solve. Suddenly, I'm staring at a treasure map of founder pain points. And that's when you can build startups to solve their problems. Instead of being a lead factory, you become a startup factory. You use tools like v0/replit/cursor to prototype like a madman. And it makes your life less stressful as a founder. Because you know people are lined up to buy the products. I'm so convinced this is the future of startup building, I've bet $1M+ of my own cash on it. Building startups to solve people's problems. And cool part is this blueprint can be replicated in any niche. The best SaaS ideas aren't in some Silicon Valley incubator. They're hiding in your "free" content. Think of it like this (Isenberg's formula?): (Engaged Audience) x (Targeted Lead Magnets) x (Problem-Centric Segmentation) = Product-Market Fit on Demand Here's the step-by-step: 1. Use AI/software to categorize every single audience interaction by problem type. Build a heat map of pain points. 2. Create ultra-specific lead magnets for each major problem cluster. Think "5-Step Framework for Validating SaaS Ideas" not "Generic Startup Guide". I also use free communities as lead magnets. 3. Forget demographics. Segment by the problem they're trying to solve. Use ConvertKit to build dynamic segments that would make Zuck jealous. 4. Use AI to build rapid prototypes for top problem clusters. Test with your segmented lists for instant feedback. Your next cash-flowing business is probably stuck in a comment somewhere, just waiting for you to notice it. I accidentally built a startup factory at 2am. Happy I did. Sharing in case this is useful to anyone out there. The future of startups: 1. Be a content factory 2. Be a lead factory 3. Be a startup factory

Ahead of Hadron Energy beginning trading on Nasdaq under the ticker $HDRN on May 26th, we wanted to share a glimpse of Hadron’s vision building the future of microreactors. Hadron Energy is developing the Halo Micro Modular Reactor (MMR), a compact, factory-built light-water reactor designed to deliver reliable, carbon-free power for AI data centers, industrial sites, remote communities, military applications, and critical infrastructure. Each Hadron MMR is designed to generate 10 MWe of reliable power and is transportable by truck or rail to support flexible deployment where power is needed most. By generating power directly on-site, Hadron’s microreactors may reduce reliance on extensive transmission and distribution infrastructure. Multiple units can be deployed in a modular format to meet growing demand, with a targeted fuel-cycle of 10 years and an intended 50-year useful life. Hadron’s microreactors leverage proven light-water technology which powers ~90% of the global nuclear power fleet today. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is most familiar with light-water designs, they have ~27,000 cumulative reactor years of operational history, and light-water avoids the risks associated with novel fuels or coolants. Hadron’s microreactors are designed with inherent and passive safety features and are installed below grade to maximize protection of the public and the environment. Hadron uses Low Enriched Uranium Plus (LEU+), enriched to approximately 8% U-235. This fuel builds on the same proven uranium fuel used in today’s commercial reactors while enabling longer operating cycles and efficient power output for microreactor applications through slightly higher enrichment. Because LEU+ remains within the existing regulatory framework, may support a more familiar licensing pathway relative to certain advanced reactor technologies. Most importantly, LEU+ leverages existing portions of the domestic light-water reactor fuel supply chain, which we believe may reduce fuel supply constraints relative to certain advanced reactor approaches dependent on HALEU or TRISO fuel. Our approach focuses on regulatory efficiency and standardized deployment. In October 2025, the NRC accepted Hadron’s Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD) Topical Report for review, an important step in establishing the company’s regulatory foundation. Hadron maintains active engagement with the NRC through a dual-track pathway, pursuing both Manufacturing and Combined Licenses, while monitoring evolving NRC initiatives intended to support standardized deployment and serial manufacturing approaches for advanced reactors. Hadron’s leadership team brings decades of experience across nuclear plant operations, NRC licensing, reactor engineering, fuel design, and quality assurance, supported by engineers focused on moving from design through deployment efficiently. As electricity demand continues to accelerate globally, particularly across AI infrastructure and industrial applications, Hadron is targeting a growing market expected to exceed $7 billion by 2030, according to Grand View Research. We believe light-water reactors continuing to produce reliable, 24/7 power, will play a critical role in the future of energy and national security. Please refer to Hadron Energy’s public SEC filings for additional information.

jev + opus 5.5 for design is insane... a launch video used to mean an agency, weeks of back and forth and a fat invoice. now Opus 5.5 makes the video, the ad cuts and the landing page from one brief. the video below: made in 3 minutes. at 0:09 it drops into edit mode - dot grid, selection handles, pixel sizes on every card - so you see exactly how it was built. but most people get the same mid result: centered text, gradient background, everything fading in. That's Opus's default look when it has nothing to copy. here's the pipeline that makes it look like an agency did it: 1. Build the brand brain first → logo, colors, fonts, screenshots of your real product, your best ad copy → have Opus turn it into a DESIGN.md. The video and the site both follow it 2. Steal a reference, don't describe one → pick 1-2 launch videos with the pacing you want → "make it like this" beats "make it modern and punchy" every time 3. Give it a renderer → install HyperFrames or Remotion: every scene is code, rendered straight to mp4 → a change = one line and a re-render, not starting over 4. Use real components → buttons, cards and UI from 21st_dev instead of empty placeholder boxes → fake-looking UI is the fastest way to look cheap 5. Storyboard before motion → 3 storyboard options, you pick one, then one still per scene → fixing a still takes seconds, fixing a render takes a re-render 6. Run it as a 4-person team + jev → breakdown: pull pacing, type and transitions from the reference → storyboard: the 3 options and the stills → build: every scene in code, music, draft render → review: watch it second by second, list the problems, touch nothing → jev: scores every review note against DESIGN.md (fix now / later / skip) in milliseconds, so build only touches what matters 7. Cut the ads from the same project → same scenes, different hooks: pain first, result first, offer first → 9:16 for reels, 1:1 for feed, 16:9 for YouTube. No reshoots 8. Ship the landing page from the same DESIGN.md → the hero is a looping cut of the launch video → before launch: mobile, every button state, zero placeholder text 9. Give notes like a director → "slow this zoom by half", "hard cut here", "push in on the button" → "make it better" gets random changes paste this into Claude Code 👇 "Read my brand folder and write DESIGN.md. Break down the reference video I give you: pacing, type, transitions. Show me 3 storyboards, then one still per scene for the one I pick. Build every scene in HyperFrames, add music, render a draft. Review it second by second without editing and list the problems. Pass every note to Jev and have it score each one against DESIGN.md: fix now / later / skip. Fix only "fix now". After I approve: cut 3 ad variants with different hooks in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, then build the landing page from the same DESIGN.md with the video loop as the hero." everyone has the same model. bookmark this and start using the edge.
