Can you ask them to do a road survey using UAVs combining RGB photogrammetry, AI and LiDAR .create a complete map of the Bangalore roads irrespective of the agency that manages the road . Weekly meeting to fix the issues identified along with a public dashboard would help .

Sir 1st enforce law with penalties against less civic sense people to send a clear message that enough is enough. 2nd bring concerned dept officer to accountability and dismiss them with penalties to set a clear expectation from government on system management

Nice of you to do that. My point, that shud be the onus of the staff which is responsible for those amenities. There shud be core functions ("gene") which those employees shud imbibe. The day you move on to manage another portfolio that "gene" is gone.

@TVMohandasPai The workmanship of roads, medians, footpaths, drains even in the smaller cities in India itself is way better than that of in the entire state of KA. When it comes to work in KA, the contractors, state govt employees in all departments thinks they are doing favour to people.
