Governments are elected to lead, not hide behind process. By scrapping consultations and protecting infrastructure projects from judicial review delays, we will put public control at the heart of its decision-making.

A Judicial Review is a formal process that allows challenge for the lack of Government due process. Getting rid of that right is inherently undemocratic.

4th July 2024 the electorate across 411 constituencies voted for LABOUR to lead them with Keir Starmer. You with your plotting and planning have created turmoil across the UK&NI. We will never allow you to forget about PM Starmer, never. Now go and get yourself chipped !

Governments are supposed to govern Yeah we knew that, surprised to hear you didn't

@LouHaigh this is the opposite of “putting public control at the heart of decision-making.” Government is elected to lead, yes - but also to represent the electorate, not strip away consultations & make it harder for residents to challenge decisions through judicial review! Removing “red tape” sounds catchy until the “red tape” being removed is the public’s ability to object, scrutinise & hold decision-makers accountable. That isn’t giving people more power. It’s taking power away from them!

@wesstreeting You can’t be a “lollipop lady” with a criminal conviction Fraud as they would fail the CRB check. But somehow you can be the First Secretary of State🤔 Labour are beyond any shame and treat the Public with contempt.

1. The cabinet office is a civil service unit, not govt cheerleaders, so cut the political spin. 2. JR and consultations allow public input and challenge, so what you’re saying is utter junk

A convicted liar!!! Not going to trust a damn word!!!!

@wesstreeting Ffs Streeting this is embarrassing. Why are we now electing criminals ?

All delivered by a fraudster

Governments shouldn't have convicted fraudsters!

Plotter.

Why is a civil service department pushing political spin

'By removing those mediums that the public can use to ensure projects are just and proportionate, we are giving you more control' Can you lot stop using AI? You are sounding fucking stupid!!'

You're a dreadful woman.

Who elected the criminal?????????

Is this the convicted fraudster?

@JohnRentoul Ah so it is all about control and power to agree with Andy’s Politburo will be devolved.

Convicted Fraudster...Wrongens the lot of em...

Is that the convicted fraudster?

Lead with a convicted criminal, democracy is dead. Disgusting.

Convict

@wesstreeting Is this the lady who was convicted of fraud ? If someone convicted of fraud applied to be a bank manager, financial advisor etc they would be shown the door. Why is it that career politicians are treated differently to the rest of us ? They are in this for one reason..themselves.

You're also elected to present the voters and protect the country yet you fail constantly on both points!

Why is the Cabinet Office cheerleading for a Labour government? A cynical person might think you are not Impartial.

The fraudster speaks!

Tell Angela Rayner that That corrupt Fabian Labour politician deleted all the responses to the islamaphobic consultation Apart from this should never have been a consultation, because we are entitled to free speech, it’s disgusting that Labour MPs behave this way Labour out

Still no action to stimulate the economy! Incompetent clueless politicians spewing words without substance! Sb sacked for embarrassing the UK as not fit for office! @andyburnham absolute disgrace employing idiots with no experience, qualifications or common sense!

Thanks for being honest, but how can you make a speech about there being too much red tape, yet end it with, "This government will put public control at the heart of our decision making." I don't want to be controlled. I hope there are enough like me at the next election.

The convicted criminal preaches - @UKLabour a joke of a party

Why does this video feature a convicted criminal?

Can MPs be subject to the same framework of due process based on capability and merit ?
