Students have paid their fees, trusted the institute and planned their preparation around its classes, teachers, test series and study material. They are not asking for too much. They only want to know what is happening and what will happen next. This is not the time for silence. Even if there are problems, students can understand them. What they cannot handle is being left without answers. At this point, assurance matters.
