Grass fed beef is not only healthier but it tastes so much better, too.

I'm a huge fan of grass fed beef, but I'm pretty sure the data does not support it being much more nutritious, as much as we wish it did.

No pesticides in grass fed? What about herbicides? Ask the rancher if the fields were sprayed with Grazon. Don't be surprised. Grass fed does not automatically mean organic or good for you.

Gras-fed Grass-finished is important! Grads-fed could mean that cow only ate grass once in its life. Grass-finished ensures that the cow ate grass up until the point died.

All cows are grass fed and then some happen to be grain finished. Aren’t the fatty acids such as omega-3 and omega-6 insignificant? If you’re concerned about quality get pasture raised? Nonsense video.

For some of us Gra$$ fed vs Grain Fed comes down to $$$. We’re not all fortunate enough.
