Today, I set out to get both sides of a video that captures an interaction between a food delivery driver and a DC business owner. CANNA COFFEE IS FACING MULTIPLE INVESTIGATIONS 🚨 READ DETAILS BELOW ⬇️ After seeing the aggressive, chilling, disturbing, and racist rant inside the DC business towards a Latino Uber Eats employee, my journalistic instinct told me something wasn’t right so I spent the day uncovering what was happening at Canna Coffee. Here’s what I discovered: 1) DC Police are investigating the owner, Greg Harris, for simple assault as a potential hate crime after he was seen screaming at a food delivery driver - Gregorio Amundarain - because he doesn’t speak English, only Spanish. 2) The DC Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration revealed that Canna Coffee was formerly known as "Mary Jay's Exotic" and was accused of illegally manufacturing, growing, and selling marijuana. A warning letter was issued back in May to the business, outlining potential consequences if it didn’t take corrective action. 3) The DC Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP) conducted inspections at the shop in May and August and issued two notices of violation. 🙏🫂Our kitchen was visited by a lot of people today. We work very hard to help others every day. Nobody who visits our kitchen can afford the meal we serve them. In North Gaza we can only buy food on the black market and the prices are astronomical. We are exposed to terror and hunger every day here. We are exhausted and our bodies are weakening. Our children are sad. Most of the elderly and women look sickly and worried. All we have left in Gaza are painful memories and feelings. We have no hope other than your charity after God, my friends. It is a sad truth and I wish things were so different. I hate begging you, but I do beg you, please help us, please be there for us. Please support us financially. Please let me take care of the people in my community, help me feed the cats, and help me save Mahmoud. He is a dear friend and brother-in-law, my wife loves him very much and I would love to help her bring her brother to Egypt, as you helped me save my sister. He is a wonderful uncle to my children and if I’m honest, I think he might be their favourite. Here in Manitoba, we know we have to do more than just offer words of support. We need action. That’s why we’ve added mandatory Holocaust education to our school curriculum, so future generations understand hatred and why we must unite against it. We’ve also strengthened how hate crimes are prosecuted, with a dedicated hate-crimes prosecutor and enhanced training delivered in the days leading up to this attack. We are deeply concerned by a man who appeared to try to use his car to ram a pro-Palestine protestor in Victoria, BC yesterday before accosting the latter and going on a racist tirade. This is the kind of apparent violence we have seen increase across this country. It is reprehensible, and our leaders must step up to stem this tide of hate. #Islamophobia and anti-Palestinian racism have no place in #Canada. ICE detained a Navajo man for 4 hours after he identified himself, offered his Tribal ID, Certificate of Indian Blood, and birth certificate. They told him he must be stealing someone’s identity and that they would “get his family next.” As he described it: “I was treated as if we haven’t earned our place here. This is our place. This is beyond racism, they hate us like we were pests and rodents in their home, but this is OUR home, and always has been.” It is against the Constitution and against basic human dignity to detain and arrest someone for the color of their skin. ICE must be stopped and Secretary Noem removed from office.

Charlie inspired us, taught us to stand proudly, loved everyone, and was a true servant of the Lord. The only ones spreading hate are the left, and the Democrat Party has long tried to turn us against each other, as they are the party of hate. We must stand strong and not let them tear us down. In the wake of last weeks shootings at Bondi it’s worth remembering that what unites Australians is much more than what divides us. There’s a bigger picture going on and we can’t let the puppet masters divide us. We can’t allow division and hate to take the focus off the Federal and State Government and their failure to protect us. In particular why was a terrorist issued a gun licence, why was he allowed to buy three high powered rifles at the same time and why weren’t they red flagged when they went to the Philippines. The narrative around immigration must also change. As a human race we all want the same things, food, shelter, a secure job and a better life for our children. Governments should seek to unite people around these shared values through assimilation, rather than promote differences through multiculturalism. Dividing us isn’t the solution. It’s important to remember Australia is a great country. We cannot allow fear, hate and division to take the focus from the governments failings, not just in regard to the Bondi massacre but in other areas such as cost of living, wasteful spending and housing.

French President Macron on social media: We must go further in the regulation of social media in order to preserve the DNA of our democracy. Because at the same time, we are opening Pandora’s box and allowing a lot of hate speech on these platforms and social media. We are too weak and too naive. And we should ask these platforms, first, to completely block bots. We have to be sure there is one single person with one account. If this is an AI system, if this is bought and organized by a big organization, it should simply be forbidden. We need transparency of the algorithm. We are a democracy. We don’t ask for the IP, but we do ask for transparency, which is part of our democracy. We need responsibility from these platforms when they don’t respect our social order, when they don’t respect our rules. And to allow us to do so, we have to go further in order to sue those who clearly decide not to respect our rules and our regulation. And we should block all those who refuse to comply.
