SPICY TUNA 🍣 CRISPY SUSHI Ingredients: •Sushi rice •Rice vinegar •White sugar •Tuna / salmon sashimi •Spicy mayo (kewpie mayo, sriracha, sesame oil) •Soy sauce •Green onion •Optional: wasabi, sweet chilli sauce, black sesame, thinly sliced jalapeño, avocado Directions: 1.Wash and cook the rice, the rice needs 4 hours in the fridge to fully cool. Do this before hand. 2.Dissolve the white sugar in the rice vinegar & slowly fold into the rice 3.Add the rice to a shallow dish lined with cling wrap and press down to ensure it is compact. Put in fridge for several hours. 4.Chop up the tuna or salmon, add spicy mayo, soy sauce, sweet chilli & green onion. Mix & refrigerate 5.Cut the rice into desired shape and lightly fry until all sides are crispy with wasabi, avocado, tuna mixture and top with black sesame 7.ENJOY! #salmon #tuna #japan #princessfrombabylon #sushi #crispy #rice
