Grok Bot might be the first tool that lets one non-technical person run an entire business with a team of AI agents. My friend Billy runs his whole newsletter business on Grok Bot agents, and I think we're about to see 100,000+ businesses like his. BEST PRACTICES: 1. The...

Grok bot is $60/mo minimum to try (cursor plus plan) They should have a free month trial to let us try it first. Its getting expensive trying out all these new agents!

That accessibility is exactly why agent security can't be an afterthought for operators like Billy.

the “start with a chief of staff” part is right. the implementation is usually an EA with extra steps. a real CoS (human or AI) doesn’t triage the inbox. it decides which three things the CEO is not allowed to touch this week. if it can’t kill work, it’s just a faster calendar.

Have you tried it? Because you'll hit your usage limit in 2 days trying to do all this.

I use Grok Bot to run Cursor projects and the weekly cap still burns on the $200 plan. How does @billyjhowell keep a whole agent team inside a usable budget?

Hermes agent is amazing but still for technical people. SpaceXAI did a very smart thing and made grok bot accessible to anyone, and keyword here, effortlessly.

Point 1 is very important. I see tons of people run swarms of grok bots, but they all use the same compute. Doesnt really work as well as people might think @bot better segmentation would help here. Have a cluster of bots share the same session but allow for new sessions as well. If I want a channel on househunting and a channel on carhunting these should use a different browser. Not the same one. I noticed bots step over eachother often.

To run a newsletter.... Amazing abundance of [productivity] for all... I cannot overstate how backwards we have this entire thing called money, an economy, appreciation for our engagement overloads, etc etc. Humanity owns the intelligence that it is being charged to use to be busier and more distracted than ever... It's time for the tables to be flipped (again) 🤡 world

the crazy second order effect is one person probably won’t stop at one business if agents handle most of the operating layer, “portfolio of tiny companies” starts becoming a completely normal career

The “earn each new hire” point is the one. It’s very tempting to build 30 agents immediately because you can. But the real leverage seems to be: prove the workflow → document the decisions → turn it into an agent → automate the routine. That’s when Grok Bot starts looking less like an AI tool and more like an actual company operating system.

It's not good enough yet. Everyone knows that, but it creates a lot of buzz. It's like creating a video of a humanoid cleaning the house like s person does. The parts are there but it's still a ways away. Prove me wrong

Benzer Videolar

My friend called me and asked the best way to set up personal agents for his daily life. So I made this video for him. It takes you from zero to agents running, using the easiest and best 24/7 agent harness right now. All for $20 a month. I already have tons of them running my personal life. One buys my groceries. One reads my email. One sends me something to learn every morning at 8 AM. Here's the walkthrough, from easy mode to god mode. Easy Mode: what GrokBot actually is Definition: a chat with a computer behind it. Grok Bot (from Cursor and xAI) spins up one virtual machine in the cloud. Every bot you build shares it, and it stays on when your laptop is closed. Two things to know: 1) It starts at a $20 a month Cursor Pro plan. It used to need the $300 tier. 2) Give every bot one job and a name. Mine is Barry. He's my personal assistant and he checks on the other bots every hour. Hard Mode: giving your bots a credit card, an inbox, and a phone. Definition: the stuff a bot needs to actually do things in the real world, not just talk about them. Rules of thumb: 1) Payments. Don't put your credit card on the VM. It's beta. Use the Stripe Link CLI instead, so the card never sits on the machine. Then add a hard rule that the bot needs your yes before any purchase. 2) Email. Give your bot its own address. I use Agent Mail (free). Sign up for new services with it, send your junk there, and let the bot triage every six hours and only ping you when something needs a reply. 3) Phone. Give your bot a number and it can make reservations, call vendors, and take calls for you. I haven't set mine up yet, but people are already doing it. God Mode: the fleet Definition: a channel where your bots talk to each other and you only talk to the lead. Rules of thumb: 1) Keep your bots small and specific to each task. Have an orchestra bot to help coordinate the rest. 2) Long threads plus frequent routines burn credits fast. Have each bot write a daily summary to one channel, then have your lead bot read that one channel instead of every conversation. Full walkthrough:
