✨ Grok's new Imagine video model also comes with an Edit model We know edit models for images, you submit an image, write a prompt what to change, but this is the first time I've seen a proper edit model for video And it kinda works, not great yet...

As always everyone is blind staring at the progress of LLMs for coding and chat But meanwhile the new SOTA video model Seedance 2.5 has been slowly rolling out and it's really quite exceptional It's made by ByteDance (TikTok) who of course have lots of training data With just a few reference pics, it can get quite close to how you look IRL and you can do quite professional video shots with just a prompt I'd say it's the first video model that's now at the level of image models with the level of character likeness, cracking that in image models also took about 3 years (2022-2025) Generating 15 seconds takes about 4 minutes I put it live now on Photo AI, you can use it under [ Make video ] from the sidebar with just a prompt and your model selected! So you don't need to take an AI photo first and then turn that into a video! Saves lots of time :D It's more expensive than but I kept the credits the same (30 for 1 video) It also works inside the new video editor and you can make changes in your video with [ Magic edit ] in both the main app and the video editor Also a message for my server guy Daniel Lockyer (it can do voice too and you can even submit a voice sample of yourself, but I didn't here)

not sure why nobody is talking about this but Google Omni is insane at video editing Original Video (left) vs Omni Edited Video (right) everyone is comparing it to Seedance and missing the point completely. Seedance is for generating videos from scratch. Google Omni is for editing videos that already exist. which are two completely different use cases this is like when Nano Banana 1 first came out and nobody realized how big it was going to be. this is the first AI that can actually properly edit videos.. i've generated a few hundred videos with this model and it can do literally any type of edit you can think of. changing voices, swapping characters, removing watermarks, adding captions, transitions, pop ups, whatever. if you can describe the edit you want it can do it this completely crushes every other model on the market when it comes to video editing. nothing else even comes close right now and this is just the flash model. imagine what the pro version is going to be able to do when it drops in a couple months this should have way more hype than it's getting..

How to test the new Midjourney V8.2 edit model: Open the Editor, drop in an image, and use the Imagine bar like a chat, just tell it what you want to change. I tested it with and without personalization, and I definitely prefer the results with personalization.

The video is a hoax. Notice the airplane is stabilized but the contrail is not. This is what happens if you start with an authentic video of plane and digitally remove it, but you do not do a careful job of stabilizing the original before dubbing in the fake plane and orbs.

this is the new benchmark for models. 10 iterations on one generation is where Flux 3 Image starts to add a bunch of noise. I didn't understand at first why the image on the left was drifting so much, whereas on the right it wasn't. After doing a bit of research and reading up on the BFL docs, it turns out it's because when asking it to change hair, it's very hard to apply a stencil to the hair, so it regenerates the entire thing. Whereas when you're asking it to swap a T-shirt, a T-shirt is very easy to trace the outline for, which is basically in-painting. If your object is obvious precise region editing with Flux 3 Image is incredible. If it's not obvious the model is less good. but again you rarely need to go over 5+ iterations. Yesterday I was doing tests with Ideogram 4.5 and I thought it was amazing but I haven't put it through a stress test where the change I'm asking for isn't as easy to trace. I guess now that all image models are getting to the same quality of output, the new benchmark will be how good the vision model is at tracing and inpainting the edits we ask for. I've been doing a bunch of generating and Flux 3 still remains my favorite model for artistic and stylistic choices. It's available now in ElevenCreative.

And finally, my 3D model of @Lord_Griselda's Medusa is done! This was a lot of fun to do, I've actually had it finished for a couple of weeks, but I also had to finish the video for it, where I walk through the entire process which you can find below! #blender #b3d

i should never be sharing this but f*ck it Gemini Omni + GPT Images 2 is insane at AI video editing you can take any existing video and completely change what's happening in it. swap what someone is saying, change the character entirely, add or remove elements, all for a few cents per edit i've been using this to remix winning content into new variations without regenerating anything from scratch here's what you can do with it: > speech swap - change what someone is saying in an existing video > character swap - replace the person entirely while keeping the same movements > element editing - add products, remove backgrounds, change environments > style transfer - turn a real video into an animation style video or vice versa most people think Gemini Omni is just for generating videos butthe editing capabilities are what make it broken i put together the full breakdown on how to do all of this step by step RT + reply "OMNI" and i'll send it over (must follow so i can dm)

Gm here’s the next piece I’ll be minting on SR! I created this video with 245 images I shot in northern Norway over a year ago. I wasn’t that motivated to remove satellites & shooting stars from every image, so they just sat on my hard drive until yesterday. Took me an entire day to edit and create this video, but I’m really glad I finally took the time to do it! Hope someone vibes with it ✨

✨ Grok Imagine Video is now live on Photo AI It's hard to explain how impressive this is because of the speed that xAI got itself from literally nothing to the top of the leaderboards Six months ago Grok's video model was a joke, it wasn't even close to any of the video models out there, it looked cartoony and wasn't there and nobody took it seriously Now it's here and it's instantly the #1 video model out there now, it shot above Kling (which I used before on Photo AI and usually my favorite) and above Runway Gen 4.5 which was just launched 6 days ago! Mmore importantly it's now above xAI's biggest competitors' models: Google's Veo 3 and OpenAI's Sora 2 Being the best video model doesn't mean it's flawless: video is incredibly hard and actually because it looks so realistic now when it does make a mistakes it's even funnier One thing I noticed is that it still has a hard time with is voice, it does it well for a majority of the video but then slips up and produces unintelligible blabbering (which is really funny to hear) in both English (video 1: "it's where I find my naim", what's a "naim"?), and tested it in Portuguese too (video 3 at the end is unintelligible Portuguese I believe) In many ways Grok Imagine Video also reminds me of Sora, it has that weird but funny Sora conversation style But guys it's REALLY really really really close to getting perfect, we're so close to having full video productions being to be able done in AI, actually you already can if you just cut out the bad parts already Very exciting and I'm grateful I can experience this

Alright I've never seen this model handle a storm of this size, so not sure how well it will do...but for any who want an idea here is what the "Fox Model" is showing though 1pm Sunday (as far out as it goes). It does give you an idea of the scale of this system. Big time storm.

Nostalgia hit with LOTR Battle for Middle-Earth Who played this one back in the day? I need to go back and play this again, I have it installed on my laptop but it is a mission and half to get it these days because EA lost the licensing. Video credit: Dr. Jerry

I gotta say the truth behind this video is for my new hat. I just got it and it’s making my week disclaimer. I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to posing, but a stranger graciously took the video for me.

kling 3.0 is crazy... this model works very different than any other model this is from giving it just 2 images and a multi prompt then it handled all the scenes by itself... now imagine what it could do if you gave it more references and an even more detailed multi prompt going to test this a lot more but kling definetly cooked on this one

Burned 200k tokens just for "animations" and still AI couldn't do it well. I tried one of the expert animation design engineer's, Emil Kowalski's Agent Skill on my website to improve animation using Grok 4.5 It analyzed the UI, found issues, came up with a good plan, and iterated multiple times. The end result actually made parts of the UX worse. Also, it never suggested the animation experience I had in mind. So I explained exactly how I wanted it to feel. It got much closer, but still missed details like applying the same animation during keyboard navigation between cards. That silly. The lesson isn't about the model or the Agent Skill. But it's about, "Even the strongest models can't infer your taste yet." They can't and won't suggest it. AI only executes. You have to define the experience with enough details for it to execute. Otherwise, you'll end up with something that's almost okay, but still not what you wanted

To the army, that are mad right now that he missed Jimin on the MU intro. Yes he missed it. But during the acoustic set on C-Stage he immediately corrected it and mentioned him. I don't have a video of the Jimin part but I have an audio of it from my other phone. First part of the video, I just overlayed it with a friend's video from c-stage. Mid part of my video was my recording when he started mentioning BTS. Some might call this cap, but I don't care. I'm not gaining anything from posting this but I know I have proof of it. Ask anyone you know who attended the concert and they all heard it for sure. I understand you're just basing everything from the My Universe clip you saw but hopefully this will correct all the anger you're feeling right now for Chris missing your bias. They managed to correct it already during the show. That's all I have to say about this issue. Band loves BTS. Let's not hate on them. 💜 #ColdplaySeoul

For a ridiculously long time, I was creating a CMS field in Webflow for alt text for every image. I thought it was just me, but apparently not. So, this is for everyone else who didn't know you can add alt text directly to the image in CMS.
