This runner at second base tried to steal third base. The catcher throws the ball down to the third base girl, she applies the tag and the runner is called out. The coach wanted obstruction on the third base girl. The 3rd base umpire said no obstruction. They ask for the home plate umpire’s help but he sticks with the call from the 3rd base umpire. When you look at it, the runner had a clear path to the bag but ran high and slid into the third base girl when if she had gone in more of a straight line would have made the tag harder. She didn’t try to slide into the base but rather the fielder imho. I say no obstruction and the right call was made. You make the call.

That Time I made jesse.base.eth appear (real) When I decided to go for BaseCamp, I messaged Jesse and asked if I could have some stage time. As always, he was insanely supportive, gave me time on stage, hyped me up, and honestly helped make the whole thing happen. I used to be a professional magician before COVID. Then the world shut down, I had to hard pivot, get a “real” job, and leave the stage behind. But earlier this year, Richard Lee and my team at AWE encouraged me to start performing again. So I got back to performing and making content, on Base. Along the way, I realised I want to share my magic, tell my story, and get people onchain through magic. That moment at BaseCamp reminded me why I love performing and how much I’d missed it. Grateful for all the support and to have found my way back to doing what I love! So I’m going to be Basemaxxing as the Based (Unicorn) Magician. Base is for magic. 🦄✨

As always, he was insanely supportive, gave me time on stage, hyped me up, and honestly helped make the whole thing happen. I used to be a professional magician before COVID. Then the world shut down, I had to hard pivot, get a “real” job, and leave the stage behind. But earlier this year, Richard Lee and my team at AWE encouraged me to start performing again. So I got back to performing and making content, on Base. Along the way, I realised I want to share my magic, tell my story, and get people onchain through magic. That moment at BaseCamp reminded me why I love performing and how much I’d missed it. Grateful for all the support and to have found my way back to doing what I love! So I’m going to be Basemaxxing as the Based (Unicorn) Magician. Base is for magic. 🦄✨
