Tifa Face rig test. I tried making a decent face rig using as few deformation bones as possible. I decided to use this Tifa model (which is from a mobile game) because it has less than 30 bones for the face (including the left and right sides). #b3d #rigging #tifa #FFVII

WIP I am currently integrating my "AI video texture" technique with face tracking scripts and active ragdoll physics in standalone VR. For this test video, I only applied the AI video texture to the face, but the body will look much more realistic once I apply the technique to the entire model. I've also figured out how to achieve highly detailed, realistic hair and foliage using the same technique.

Had an idea last night to test out the Atlas Splitter node and make this paint stroke copper material. It's a similar method that I used to do back at Riot for some of our R&D but a lot simpler. Really like the way it came out for a quick hour or so test.

Today I walk into the tunnel for half time … I left a lot of good work on the field in the first half … I’m excited to regroup and ponder what I did out “there” and come out stronger, with more intent and understanding and learnings from the 1st half. I am live today @ 1pm at I’d love for you to join and hang out so I can answer some questions for you about what I’ve learned in these first 50 years :) ♥️♥️♥️♥️

been building an agent-native, node-based, real-time environment. as a test, I gave gpt-5.6 sol a prompt to plan out its own setup and go into a loop of creative exploration until it felt that it was done. it invented every node, every data type, every connection and all of it comes out modular and human-readable. i could open any piece and steer while it built
