Mikey! I was in a car accident when I was 17 that left my lower back permanently damaged and I can’t do some of the major leg exercises, like RDL’s or Squats. What is an exercise that I could do to get similar results in your opinion?

Stick with leg curls, could also do bodyweight hypers if there is no pain.
