Yeah, I'm sure that you know, @ryanmouquegolf that as the trail hand stays on the club in the followthru, it actually slows the club down. You can see VJ and I think Couples actually have the trail hand barely touching the club about 1/2 way through the followthru

Did u watch the video? I state only to swing this club while doing this drill around hip high to hip high. I’m not asking EVERY player hold the face through impact. However this drill does help train rotation through that impact area. Look up a very very very good coach called Scott Cowx and please msg him with this image like u are me.

This is probably the HARDEST drill in golf... But if you can do it, you'll likely become an ELITE ball striker! (which is why many can't do it) Lead arm only swings... A great drill to help rotate the body better, but for this student, reduce the amount of trail side bend during the downswing Give this drill a go, it hard, but rewarding if you can do it 👊

Swinging over the top? But can’t stop it? This drill will. Then get the feel you have from the drill once the rods gone. If all you do is push the ball with the rod there then your face is to open and you have to swing OTT to try and close the face.

Lead arm only swings are a great way to train the following: - Flat lead wrist at impact - Shaft lean - De-lofting at impact - Body rotation It's a tough drill & not a lot of golfers can do it. But that's why you should train it If you can do this & strike the ball solid, you should be hitting the ball pretty good with both hands on the club Try it out & post your attempt in the comments 👊

If you REALLY STRUGGLE to rotate in the backswing & it's forcing you to swing the club steep in the downswing, this could be a game changer for you! Drop the trail foot back & flare it open! This will open up your hip flexor a lot more than if your stance is square Try doing this as a drill at first & if you find it helps, maybe don't exaggerate it as much in a normal swing

Bar hop How It’s Done Start on one side of the stick with two targets at 7-10 yards and 1 yard apart. On the beep, engage the target directly in front of you with two shots, then engage the second target with two shots. Step over the stick and reengage the first target with two shots, and then the second target with two shots again. This drill is 8 shots total, with four on each target. Why It’s Done This drill is a great way to introduce movement into your training. If you're used to static shooting, this drill would be a great one to start with. It may be just one step, but getting your feet to do what they’re supposed to while shooting is harder than it looks. This drill also includes a couple of transitions, which will easily get you some Charlies and Deltas if you’re not careful. Things to Remember The goal is to make it sound like you're shooting one target. What I mean by that is you should try to shorten the time between targets and make the flow as smooth as possible. When you start and when you finish, be sure to check your stance. You don’t want to end up off balance. Bending your knees will help soften your movement. As always, make sure you are looking at a small spot and not just the whole target. It’s one of my favorite drill to do so give it a try! Thanks sis for the drill suggestion! Hannah

Use THIS Practice Drill To Master Ball Screen Defense In this drill from How To Run Championship Practices, Coach Schultz focuses on the 3 primary coverages his team uses: -Drop coverage -Flat hedge -Trap You might want to include other coverages. That's fine! The drill can easily be adapted to include whatever coverages work best for your team. What's great is your team gets multiple reps working on different coverages. If you do use the trap, use that on the final rep of the drill. This allows the drill to flow more smoothly.Ryan Schultz
