[ condition update - 2nd week ] 🐻‍❄ Let me just go straight to the point so you all can sleep and rest. I had an appointment to get checked with echocardiography this morning. Echo first and followed by blood test to check variety conditions, for liver, kidney, troponin I that identify if we have inflammation on heart. I get it all checked. The first time I got my troponin I checked, it was too high, 3800, right? and after got injected with steroid, it decreased to 1600. Today, the result said it's 15, it dropped a lot but it still not at a normal level and indicating inflammation. So I need to get checked with echo, an ultrasound for the heart to see how our heart pumps blood. After get checked with echo, about the concerning part—my heart muscle that's inflamed and swollen—doctor said based on today's ultrasound, it's not really swollen anymore but the... pericadio... perica... pericardium, I think it's called so, the outer part of heart. This part is still really inflamed and swollen a lot. It's enlarged and still not fully recovered. Efficiency-wise, my heart works better, but since it’s still inflamed, I still get tired easily and still feel exhausted when doing anything. At first, I thought I’d fully recover since, when got checked, my heart muscle wasn’t really swollen anymore, right? So, I’m now not too worried about complications like a heart attack or irregular heartbeat, I can move on from that already. The thing is, I still can't push my heart to work too hard and make my heart rate increases too high as it'll make heart works more faster. It still a bit swollen and not supposed to work hard. The pericardium is still swelling. Overall, it's not as dangerous as before, followed by troponin I level that- am I right? it's called so, right? well, yeah, it's at 15. It sounds good, meaning the treatment is going in the right direction. As for my daily life, well, I was planning to work out and today I have concert practice too, right? but just walking a little gets my heart rate increases to 120-130 and makes me tired alr. It's not the same feeling like when I'm running and heart rate increases to 140, and can still keep going to 150, to 160, and more. No, I can still handle that kind of tiredness. But this one is like- my heart is working hard, which I need to avoid doing some activities for another week or couple weeks so my heart can gets recovered quickly. I'm still on steroids, it's called.. pre- I can't remember. It's predsinolone. In the first week I took 12 tabs/day, taking 4 tabs 3 times a day. Now, in the second week it's recuded to 9 tabs/day, 3 tabs 3 times a day at a 5mg dose which 45mg/day. In two more days, I’ll complete two weeks. By the third week the dosage drops to just 2 tabs which 6 tabs/day equals to 30mg/day and will keep decreasing. It's left only a week and I can stop after then. It's a way to slowly decreasing the steroid dosage as it's now still inflamed a bit on the pericardium, well, not a bit, as what been seen it's still swollen but still better than heart muscle inflammation. It 'sounds good' but still takes time. Steroid side effects also cause an increase in my liver and kidney blood test results. My blood sugar also risen, which also probably from the steroid interfering sugar metabolism. There are lot of side effects, skin, and stuff as well. I'll take care of it once my health gets better.

Chris Williamson just opened up about one of the heaviest things he's gone through. He flew to Vienna for an intense experimental treatment: extracorporeal blood filtration combined with whole-body hyperthermia (raising his core temperature to 41°C / 105°F) and oxygenation. They ran his entire blood volume through a filter roughly 15 times over several hours while under anesthesia, aiming to pull out toxins and hit deep intracellular infections like chronic Epstein-Barr, CMV, and Borrelia that hide inside cells and drain mitochondrial energy. Therapeutic hyperthermia (controlled fever) has been studied for decades because many pathogens, including Borrelia (Lyme) and certain viruses, are heat-sensitive. At temperatures around 41°C, they become stressed, release toxins, and become more vulnerable, while oxygen-rich blood can help combat intracellular infections and support mitochondrial function. The filtration step then removes the dumped toxins and inflammatory mediators. Day three was mostly recovery and reset, but Chris is honest about how brutal the whole process feels — the physical pain, the loss of control, the emotional weight, and the patience required when progress is slow and uncertain. He's still fighting, still hoping this brings him back to himself. Respect for putting it all out there so openly. What’s the hardest part of health journeys for you — the physical toll, the uncertainty, or learning to be patient and gentle with yourself when nothing feels in your control?

Namjoon about They don’t know ‘bout us💜 🐨: ‘They Don’t Know ‘Bout Us’ was really a song that Jimin carried hard during the sessions. Jimin kept saying that through these sessions he improved so much, learning how to sing better, write melodies better, all of it. 🐨: Before making this song, me, Jimin, and some of the songwriters there had made another song called ‘Weak.’ We were talking about what kind of story we wanted to tell, and I brought up the phrase: ‘You make me weak.’ Because honestly, that phrase was about you guys, the fans. It’s something you say to someone you love, right? You always make me weak. But that can be both good and bad, kind of like ‘Normal.’ 🐨: What I mean is… you guys make me weak in a way that disarms me. Around you, I want to be honest. But at the same time, there are still things I can’t say. I still want to look cool too. But eventually all those shells and personas I wear start peeling away. We wanted to write about that kind of feeling. 🐨: So we made this song like: ‘You make me weak.’ Jungkook actually really liked that song, but it didn’t fit the color of the album. The song itself was good, but it felt too sweet, too obviously like a love song. 🐨: Then Jimin asked me, “Why You make me weak?” Why do they make you weak? 🐨: And I answered, ‘Because people don’t really know us. They can’t know us. Even I don’t fully know myself.’ 🐨: I think Jimin found that idea really interesting, the idea that people not truly knowing us is what makes us vulnerable. The next day, Jimin and I were working in separate rooms, and I think he took some kind of sample and turned it into “They Don’t Know ‘Bout Us.” 🐨: So if you look at the live performances, there are all those eyes and faces appearing on the tablets and screens, right? Originally, the song started as something written for ARMY. But eventually it became a much more aggressive song aimed at people outside who think they know us when they really don’t. 🐨: One thing I realized through these sessions is how fascinating creativity is. You never know where inspiration will come from or how a song will evolve. Personally, I really love this song too. And honestly, what I really wanted to say was simple: “They don’t know about us. The people outside of us, they don’t actually know us.” 🐨: People talk about economic impact and all these grand things, and sure, those are nice words. Like, ‘BTS generates trillions in economic value.’ Fine. But beyond all that, they can’t understand the bond we’ve built together, the years we’ve shared, the history we’ve lived through, the rapport between us. 🐨: If you’re not inside that relationship, you can’t truly know it. Because at the end of the day, it’s a relationship. 🐨: And I think songs like this are allowed to exist too. Personally, I think Jimin wrote it incredibly well.

I Agree with POJU OYEMADE 1000% we don’t know how to balance holding Government accountable and Loving your country . Americans are protesting against Donald J. Trump but they are still passionate about their nation. They love American. Over 20% of them who where born in america don’t even have international passport as they so love their country they don’t think of traveling elsewhere . You can’t prosper in a country you speak evil about everyday . What he is saying is a 4 by 4 wave length but typical 2 by 2 mind can’t comprehend . Nigerians who can’t do vocational work in Nigeria are proudly doing uber it in America with pride . Begging to have 3 jobs. I sad down with a relations of mine yesterday whose business does over 5Million in profit monthly but yet went to do masters in Uk and working in a job he doesn’t like claiming he is using money from his Uk job to support his nigerian business . I had to sit him down that if a business is doing 5m without your presence , it will grow multiple times more with your presence because your current Uk job is not even up-to the profit you are making from your nigerian business . We have a wrong Social media programming that has set us against our Nation. I can love my nation and still hold public office holders accountable . Are we aware @theplatformnigeria @theplatformafrica is holding leaders more accountable than negative social media rant ? Again note that POJU OYEMADE didn’t ask you not to speak to leaders to do better but speak from place of solution, speak from place of love for country . We may have large number of Irresponsible leaders but Nigeria is not the problem. This is still we’re the money is! We have all it takes to make it big in this country . Thank you for this message POJU OYEMADE ! Solid message, I Am happy it’s going viral , those that have ears will still hear it. Dr Stephen Akintayo .

THE REALITY OF 30+ OLD CARGOS Women suddenly understand the dynamic of nature as soon as they clock 30 and that's because unlike their prime, they're no longer the center of attraction. Being filled with options in their prime put them in a position of arrogance but what they fail to understand is that they're just like flowers that blossom at certain seasons and die afterwards. They were approached by good men in their prime but rejected them because they didn't have bad boys vibe but suddenly are looking for a God fearing man who's kind as soon as they clock 30. Another day to remind you that if you see a single woman in her 30s who's desperately looking for a man's commitment, just know she was whoring around in her prime. What these women do is keep the nice guys in the friendzone while giving their best years to the bad boys. And as soon as they hit the wall, since bad boys do have game and will never settle for them, these women try to reach out to that nice guy they once left in the friendzone, hoping he's still the simp the once knew him as. As a man, always remember this one fact; The easiest thing a woman can get in her prime is a man to call her own. If she's still single after her prime, she was definitely the problem. Kings, never be a recycling center for an evening newspaper. Never be a retirement plan of a bed to bed midfielder. SAY NO TO YESTERDAY'S BREAD!
