Is it any wonder the normal hard working people have stopped paying their BBC Licence Fee ?? Can we eat lemon peel !! @DefundBBC

I eat them this way, not all the time but often, and I eat the cooked peel when cooking with lemon too.

I used to crave lemon peels (and fresh thyme tea for some reason) when I was anaemic.

Lemons will need a darn good scrub if you do that. The Zest has always been a great taster.
