Ryan Turner, 41, punched 75 year old Lloyd Poole and told police it was self defense as he felt threatened. He was initially charged with misdemeanor aggravated assault, but months later, Poole died from what his family says was the result of the sucker punch... Police have yet to bring manslaughter charges. Doordash fired him immediately.
