Last summer I found myself sitting in a room in Switzerland surrounded by world leaders from completely different industries, all talking about the future of our planet. A very different environment to what I was used to! I was invited onto to a channel to give my take on leadership with my best mate and brother Jay. We talked about leadership and what it meant to us both. I always used to think leaders were born but it’s far from the truth…. They are made. My biggest realisation was that we talk a lot about leadership like it’s confidence and certainty. Like leaders always know what to do. The truth is they don’t… and that’s ok. But good leaders will go seek out better answers and grow. While poor leaders will leave it to someone else to do or turn a blind eye. The day made me realise most of my growth has come from failing. I try to lead with my best intentions, but upon reflection or feedback, I realise there was a better way to do it and then next time…. I lead better and the process repeats! And that day forced me to look at myself properly. As for me, leadership isn’t a title, or being a CEO or having an armband. It’s influence. And that’s the scary part, because everyone has it. Even my two young kids. Every morning before school I tell them the same thing: Be the sunshine in the room ☀️ Because whether we like it or not, we’re leading every single day. In the changing room. I've been unintentionally MIA trying to figure out what is next for me & I just wanted to share that I have retired my competitive gaming career. Although this was very difficult for me, I've found serenity in being able to close this chapter. Being a pro gamer is really the best job in the world. Don't take it for granted. When you fall in love with the craft, the dedication comes naturally and the desire to be the best never ever goes away. I spent 20 years of my life committed to this hobby that turned into the most unique experience and allowed me to live my dreams. I'm so grateful for all these moments & I wanted to put it out there so I could have this memory forever. From starting cs at age 9, to signing my first contract at 15, to building a legacy in CS with CLG, to playing on an international stage in 3 different games, to all the places I traveled that I would've never been able to & most importantly, to all the amazing staff and players I've worked with, thank you so so much <3

And I know they're about to roll out disease X. They're about to say that everybody's got all these lung issues and all this. So, I started looking at what would cause snow to have this level of ozone to still be trapped in here like this. And ozone, oh so this is the thing, snow forms at around 50,000 feet. And your rain is usually 30,000 feet and lower. And I've always known that even when I was young. And then that changed in the late 90s. They were talking about the clouds were at 50,000 feet it was raining outside that's unnatural it doesn't make any sense and that's when you know i started to realize it was weather modification stuff going on but anyway the point is i started looking into it uh online and said that uh high levels of ozone would come from uh man-made things pollution this and that you know so so they've put something up there in the sky they put something up there to cause all this snow. And we, if you're on this channel, if you're on this page, you already know, or you should, that they're doing, they're manipulating everything. But what they've done is they have sent something down here to us. And we're all out here, it's all about to melt, and we're all gonna breathe it at one time. And it was online, it was saying that massive doses of ozone all at one time are extremely detrimental. They're gonna cause a lot of lung issues, a lot of wheezing, a lot of chest irritation. So, be prepared, watch out for it. Because I was looking around, I mean, it's like 34 here right now. And this isn't melting the way snow usually melts. I searched for the book online but couldn’t find it. Luckily, I managed to get the author’s details, contacted him, and finally got my hands on the book. When I saw the book, I felt it was too simple. I thought, Why is this just an ordinary book? Why not bring it to life using my skills? And that’s how this journey began. To make it happen, I watched all 151+ movies of Chiranjeevi Garu. The most challenging part was finding the exact scenes from the movies that matched the pictures printed in the book. Days and nights passed as I worked on this, but in the end, it was finally completed. I first shared the concept with Adithya 🚩🚩🚩 Anna, and he absolutely loved it. The encouragement he gave me was invaluable. I've had some time to review the new data and the storm is basically behaving just as I initially thought. There are a few revisions to my 1st call from yesterday morning to account for HIGHER SNOW RATIOS over NW NJ/Hudson Valley and to move the 6-10" zone into NYC. ZONE 1 – 6–10" OF SNOW This is the zone where cold air damming will be most prevalent, allowing snow to remain all snow for the duration of the event. Expect higher snow ratios, which could allow many areas to push toward double-digit totals, especially under any persistent banding. The pink area of 10"+ accounts for a MUCH higher snow ratio at the start and duration of the storm. This will allow for higher elevations to see many locations pick up 10"+ ZONE 2 – 4–6" OF SNOW This zone will likely start with heavy, wet snow, before transitioning to a lighter, fluffier snowfall as colder air works in. Some compaction is expected with lower snow ratios at times, but additional snow and mesoscale banding could still drive totals toward or above 6" in spots. ZONE 3 – 2–4" WITH MIXING This zone remains VERY uncertain. Everything south of 195 in NJ has a high chance to flip to heavy sleet and rain during convective bandings. I could make a strong argument that cold air advection dominates a tad longer creating an over performer, keeping this mostly snow with sleet mixed in and allowing totals to reach 4–6". However, low-level warm air transport on an easterly wind may introduce sleet, especially along the Jersey Shore (east of GSP) would eat into accumulations. I’ll be watching trends closely as this is shaping up to be a sharp cutoff storm where small shifts could have big impacts.

What the hell is this? 🧐🤔😬😬😬😬 Witness states....👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 I’m an Uber driver (DFW) and I do night into mornings mostly. Nothing ever too out of the ordinary except for the occasional homeless. Tonight however was completely unexpected. It’s exactly 3 am and I’m 2 mins away from dropping this one guy off when I notice something in the road. I thought it was an animal at first glance but it turned out to be a child! It just stood there. My rider pulled out his phone to start recording too. Neither of us really knew what to do and for a moment thought about helping the kid out. Then the child started these demented movements and it was at that point we both just decided this was some bad bad mojo. I dropped off the guy and literally 2 mins later I got pulled over by a cop because I had a headlight out. I told him what street I saw the child at and showed him the video. He immediately left to go and check it out. I’m still a little shocked by this and I’ve felt extremely uneasy since it happened. I’m going to go home and get some sleep.
