I absolutely love this hack! It does slow down a bit while playing 2 or more players on actual hardware though :( Are there any settings I should be changing to get it to run smoother?

Make sure to set "Game Tempo" to "Console" in the settings on the title screen. This will enable the dynamic frame skip and prevent slow downs during gameplay.
