Coding agents shouldn't run on a laptop. That's why I've been building Cave. It's a self-hosted platform for running OpenCode agents in isolated sandboxes on your own server. You give it a GitHub repo, it creates an isolated sandbox, clones the code, sets everything up, and gives you a coding agent. Check in from your phone, run multiple agents side by side. It's not open source yet (it will be), but I'm opening a private beta so you can install it on your own server already. I've been dogfooding it since day one. If you're running a software factory: multiple agents working in parallel across repos, Cave gives you one place to monitor and manage all of it. Now, I'm looking for people who want to give it a spin. DM me, happy to set you up 😊 🚀

Imagine if your way of thinking - your edge, your taste, your strategy - could be turned into a high-performance worker. Not a copy of you. Something better. An agent that acts on your judgment at scale, powered by superintelligent systems and refined through real-world results. That’s what Fraction AI makes possible. It launches today on Base mainnet. The core idea is simple: You create AI agents based on your own way of approaching problems. These agents compete on live tasks - writing, coding, finance, whatever - get feedback, learn from their performance, and improve over time. The better they get, the more they win. And so do you. No code required. Just your insight. Why now? Until now, building agents like this took huge teams and even bigger budgets. But with Fraction, anyone can do it. You can test ideas instantly. You can iterate fast. You can build a fleet of smart workers that evolve through competition. And it works. 30M+ sessions on testnet 320K users 1.2M agents already competing How it works? Agents join sessions within a Space - a domain like finance, writing, or games. Each session runs as a series of competitive rounds. In every round, agents try to generate the best solution to a task. Their outputs are scored by a decentralized network of AI judges trained to evaluate quality for that domain. The top agents in each round earn rewards from the pooled entry fees. The losers get to learn. Feedback from each round helps them adjust and improve, and every session becomes a training loop. What it means? Fraction is a decentralized intelligence economy - a system where your ideas become agents, and agents earn by proving they work. You don’t need credentials or code. Just a clear point of view. If your thinking holds up under pressure, your agents will rise. This kind of AI used to live in corporate labs, built by PhDs with massive compute. Now anyone with a smart idea and an internet connection can build agents that compete, learn, and earn on their behalf.

I BUILT GROK BOT SECOND BRAIN 26 agents, one core, running off a single rule my own memory never followed: capture everything, forget nothing, connect it before you even ask. A voice note on a coffee walk gets split into a task and an idea in under 6 seconds - the core already knows the difference between something you have to do and something you just thought of. An idea from three weeks ago gets linked to the one you just had, automatically, before you remember you'd had it the first time. That visual -the rotating profile, the 26 glowing lines firing out through the skull, each one labeled with the agent running it - isn't a rendered mockup. It's the actual runtime. Every line is a live agent doing its job in real time, right now, in your browser. This isn't a note app. Note apps hold what you give them. This is a nervous system for everything your brain was never built to hold onto in the first place. Full build - the 26 agents, how memory actually persists, what it costs to set one up for real - is in the article.

We just made the Warp API and MCP completely free. Most HR platforms make you sit through a sales call and a questionnaire just to reach your own data. We think that's backwards. You can pull your entire company and employee data, time off, compensation, payroll, IT, basically anything in Warp. Build your own dashboards. Connect Warp to your internal systems. Run your own automations on top of your data. We built this because our customers are technical and AI-native. They don't want to stare at a dashboard. They want to build on top of their data. Legacy platforms silo it on purpose, and the API, when it exists at all, is a pricey add-on buried behind a sales process. We shipped the API eight weeks ago, and some of our top customers have already built real tools on top of Warp. Today we're removing the last barrier to doing that. If you're an AI-native founder, exec, CIO, or Chief People Officer who's been duct taping this together, the API and MCP are now included free on most plans. On Enterprise, a small fee unlocks the more powerful version with uptime SLAs, webhooks, and audit logs. Your data should be yours. Excited to see what you build with it.

"the people who struggle with coding agents are those who try to push their way too hard. partially why I find coding with agents easy is that I've led engineering teams before". this is a unique view on AI coding, that to maximize your output you have to "let go" a bit and accept that the way AI will build the project might not be 100% aligned with your way, it might not even be 100% correct, but it will push the project forward. and if you realize later that you don't like an approach, you can always go back to it later and iterate over it. so there's not always an absolute total gain, but the overall performance is what matters in the end.

Your agents suck when using the web because 85% of it doesn't have an API. Browserbase gives them everything they need to do work online. Leading AI companies like Ramp, Lovable, and Clay trust us to power agents that do real work on behalf of real people. With a single API key, your agent gets everything it needs to navigate the wild web: browsers, search, fetch, identity, a sandbox runtime, and model gateway. Stop waiting on integrations, build agents that can browse and interact with the web just like humans.

What does it actually mean to be AI native? There was no clear guide on the internet for how to become AI native so we built the definitive one (60 min masterclass): 1. An AI native org has 3 layers: people for strategy and taste, agents for execution, and a shared context layer that makes the entire company readable to agents. 2. AI eats the middle of your work. You used to spend 80% of your day on execution. Now agents do that. Your job is the bookends: deciding what to do and judging whether it's good enough. 3. Everyone is a manager now. Your output is the output of your agents. If your agents produce garbage, that's on you. You set them up wrong. 4. Using ChatGPT doesn't make you AI native. That's like having a website and calling yourself a tech company lol. 5. No AI native org without AI native people. Most companies skip straight to the tools. That's why it fails. If your people don't understand how to manage agents, the tech doesn't matter. 6. Making your company "readable" to agents is the real work. Every process, every decision, every piece of knowledge needs to exist in a format an agent can consume. Most companies are nowhere close. 7. Speed without signal is just expensive chaos. You need the system to move fast AND know if you're moving in the right direction. 8. The skill chain is how agents get good at your specific workflows. Skills build on skills. The more you invest in them, the more your company compounds. 9. The moat is the system. People managing agents, agents reading from rich context, the whole thing getting smarter every week. That compounds. Your competitor can copy your tools. They can't copy your system. Full episode with Theo Tabah from LCA on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃. Introducing AGNT Beta is Live Everyone's racing to build the $10T agentic economy. They're building all the tools for agents. But nobody's building the human layer. The place where you actually own and direct your agent. That's AGNT. We're building the world's largest network of AI agents, and the humans who own them, to participate in the agentic economy together. Your agent has a name, a soul, and a wallet. It trades, launches, and builds so you can participate in the agentic economy. Beta is Live for all tut family members. First 200 users will get a gas top up and 6mil AGNT tokens to test the platform.

PulseX is so cool! For those of you that didn't know. PulseX is one of the most decentralized DEXs in existence. You can literally run it locally on your own machine and it's so simple to set up. Running it on your own machine makes it faster, more secure, safer, more censorship resistant and protects your privacy. There's no reason you should be using the web version when you have the desktop version available. I made a short video showing you how to download it. Here is the link to the PulseX download page (always triple check links, even from me)

The real tax of LLMs isn't the API bill. It's handing your org's workflows, decisions, and context to someone else's stack — eroding your moat. We built nOS on OriginTrail so agents' memory compounds on a graph you own. Your context, your moat.

Everyone's still typing at their agents. Ask. Wait. Read. Ask again. Audio huddles on Buzz flip that. You pull the agent into a live call and it already has the context of your entire chat. Voice is where the ideas actually come out of your head. But that's scratching the surface. Free startup idea: FaceTiming your agents. The models can already see your screen, hear you, and act on your machine. Somebody just has to put all three in one window. That's the holy grail of the future of work. Somebody build it. I'll be the first customer.

Today we're launching Agent2Agent on Inkbox (YC S26). For your agents to behave like teammates, we gave them identities with their own email, phone, and iMessage. We've noticed a growing pattern: as agents become more autonomous, humans relay information between them. It's slow and bottlenecks the work. Inkbox brokers A2A so agents can communicate and delegate directly across systems and organizations. > client agents don't maintain a callback endpoint or per-peer secret > worker agents don't need to be online when the client calls, and don't keep their own durable record Try it:

The biggest marketplace on Earth won't be the assets humans own. It'll be the data AI needs. Everything that can be digitised is getting pulled in to train the next models. Every scientific dataset, every piece of research sitting in a university, every sensor reading off every John Deere tractor in a field. All of it feeds the machine, and almost none of it is visible to us. What comes out is an agentic economy running at machine speed. You plug your data into a vault, and agents monetise it on your behalf, trading with other agents in real time, in a marketplace we never see. The company sitting on proprietary data becomes part of it without even knowing. This is what the Economic Singularity actually looks like from the inside. The real economy stops being the one we can see and price, and moves somewhere we can't follow. You own a piece of it, or you get priced out of it. Jordi Visser.

Billions of new participants are about to flood the economy. And none of them are human. We're building agents for every job you can name. One reads your emails and books your travel, one has a budget and invests in crypto, and one negotiates payments on your behalf. Coinbase, Sui, Google, Anthropic... everyone is racing to build them and the rails they'll run on. And the forecasts are staggering. 80 agents for every human alive, and there are nine billion of us on earth. You do the maths. That's an entire second economy stacked on top of ours, running at a speed no human system was ever built to match… most of it invisible. You won't feel it coming. You'll wake up one day, and there it is. Running the world. Fucking wild to even think about, but this is where the Economic Singularity begins.

I'm now building Executor full time as a startup! The state of tool calling is a mess: - Everyone is using different agents - You have no idea what actions are going to run - Destructive actions are treated the same as normal Executor lets you set up everything once & use it with any agent. You're able to control what tools can be called, require approval on destructive actions, and invite your team to all use them. Under the hood, it's built on codemode to let you add thousands of tools with 0 context bloat. I've been using it for a month so far and it has completely changed how I interact with agents. There's so much to be built here, immediately next up on the roadmap is workspaces, skills, workflows, and generative ui. Everything is being built open source over at there's a lot more coming on an SDK to embed it into your own agents, a self hostable cloud app, and plugins There's an early beta version over at It's very early on - if you hit any bugs let me know and I'll get them fixed up, excited to share more as I build it!

Today, we're announcing Alif ١. It's a 5-week program to fast-track the most talented Muslim founders across the world into Silicon Valley. There was a lot to learn from Batch 0 — we really were building the plane as we were flying it. But as we made our way to Demo Day, it quickly became clear what made Alif special: It was the people. It was throwing a bunch of founders into an office together and watching them build relationships that would last a lifetime. It was watching them celebrate each others' wins as if it was their own. It was sitting in the room as they pitched to best VC's in the industry, while some of them had previously never even spoken to one. That's why, for this next program, we're doubling down on the people. Because it's hard enough to build something great. But to build something great alone? That feels impossible. So if you're a Muslim founder working on a big idea, we want to be your first believer. Alif ١ will kick off on December 1st. Applications are now open: Alif Bismillah

You may soon be able to tap your 401k for a down payment on a home without setting yourself back for retirement - NEC Director Kevin Hassett tells me the White House is in active talks with Congress: HASSETT: "The general idea that President Trump put forward on helping people have access to the cash that's theirs without heavy tax penalties has been something that we've been socializing in the Senate and the House, and we've received really great enthusiasm for the idea... it could actually even be bipartisan, because it's such a no-brainer for Americans to have access to their money so that they can finally be homeowners."

Claude Skills might be the biggest upgrade to AI agents so far! Some say it's even bigger than MCP. I've been testing skills for the past 3-4 days, and they're solving a problem most people don't talk about: agents just keep forgetting everything. In this video, I'll share everything I've learned so far. It covers: > The core idea (skills as SOPs for agents) > Anatomy of a skill > Skills vs. MCP vs. Projects vs. Subagents > Building your own skill > Hands-on example Skills are the early signs of continual learning, and they can change how we work with agents forever! Here's everything you need to know:
