Brad Raffensperger sent mail ballots to everyone in 2020 and he gave the ACLU access to the ENet statewide voter registration and election management computer system. They had an ACLU activist in all 255 precincts who had access to the system so they knew who voted, who didn’t vote, how they voted, and they had the ability to clear the system of who had an absentee ballot but voted in person. The ACLU activists had access to this system from their personal laptops. The ACLU is NOT a nonpartisan organization.
