Thanks Dean. Appreciate it.

🤝💪🏻

That panatta super inclined chest press is a lovely piece, love doing my sets on it

Agreed I’m a fan The only incline I’ve got access to better than it is the Primes (3 peg plate loading and selectorized)

It’s better incline chest press + flat chest press or incliné chest press + fly chest press for you ?

It is similar but you have to account for the additional tricep work when doing a press as opposed to a fly Usually I decide holistically based on the programming week / cycle

But if we ignore the participation of the triceps which combination allows the largest growth

In general, it’s kind of a pick em Specifics wise…might depend on the person / their structure Also, which specific machines we’re talking about matters as well

Okkay ! If we have like 2 upper session in the week we can : Monday : Incline chest press + Flat Fly Thurday : Incline Fly + Flat Press It’s the best option for you ? Thanks bro !

That is a terrific way of doing it

Are warm up sets necessary?

Clear structure and smart sequencing. Keep stacking.

What is your opinion on sitting bench press machine, but horizontal, not incline?

If the resistance profile is the same as supine, it doesn’t really matter
