for loop in asm? what assembler are you using?

People have been sleeping for 20+ years on the fact that NASM and FASM (and even more so FASM 2) are meta programming frameworks that allow you to create any language you want. There were IF/WHILE/FOR macros and high level data structures for NASM already back in the 90's.
