Here is Jared Bednar's update on Gabe Landeskog from today after practice. To me... it sounds like there was maybe a setback.

Doesn't really sound any different to me. He's been working on and off the ice, don't think there's been a setback. Doing other things than just being on the ice

How was a basketball player able to come back from the injury but not a hockey player? With all the injuries this team has dealt with for what feels like years. At what point is the medical staff put under a microscope?

We reach Xmas and this is same answer he's done. No shame to leave on top. They string this out for a 3rd year shame on all parties involved.

I appreciate Landeskog for all his work with the Avs. But I can’t help but wonder if this knee injury is it?
