FROM INBOX | Harare road users no longer obey traffic lights, which is deeply concerning as it could cost lives. The traffic lights were fully operational at the time, yet on Sunday, February 23, 2025, in Kambuzuma, this driver ran a red light. Sadly, most drivers no longer adhere to traffic signals, and we fear the day when this reckless behavior results in tragedy. Even when the light is red, only a few road users stop. This video serves as evidence of our daily reality on the roads. Zimbabwe Republic Police

I don’t know why the town turned the flashing yellow lights on here but FSD doesn’t understand at all and stabs the brakes when they flash. It’s awful. The signs next to them say to stop WHEN FLASHING RED. When will FSD read and understand words???

I watched 15 drivers NOT yield to this kid before I walked into the school crosswalk to force drivers to stop. I recently learned that the state law forces this exact situation. Drivers don’t have to stop for pedestrians unless the ped is off the curb and IN the crosswalk. 1/2
