What about integrating motion graphics? What about transitions? What about choosing the correct cut for the correct moment by eye? What about masking? What about text animations? What about color keying? A genuine professional edit has about 10-15 video & audio layers. This is 2

We've been shipping launch videos with this workflow. I'm sorry it didn't work for you but it's only a tool and likely requires some practice. I've been working with Resolve+Codex since July. I will try to provide some more concrete guidance in future posts.

But we already have in mobile video editor in native app :) even MCP ( Local Network ) can creates its own Luts and modification is Code level, stop using :P Button and handlers request AI agents to copy any video Luts !! next request All reflect on Canvas.

Just look at the new Compositing in Blender 5.2. This is cool. Now the compositor can play sequence animation in real-time right in the compositor, and look at this, I'm doing color grading while the animation is playing. On top of that, the overall performance of the Compositor has grown a lot, and it now works at a level where you don't need to use DaVinci Fusion and can work fully in Blender. Because now Blender can definitely do that. Blender 🔶 This is an awesome update! Maybe you will think about adding the ability to move images in Compositing just by dragging them with the mouse, in some of the next updates...

Just look at the new Compositing in Blender 5.2. This is cool. Now the compositor can play sequence animation in real-time right in the compositor, and look at this, I'm doing color grading while the animation is playing. There’s something interesting about moving color grading one step earlier in the creative process. Instead of thinking about color only after the footage is assembled, I can establish a visual direction first. GPT-6 Astra → describe the look → generate a custom .cube LUT. Then CapCut PC lets me bring that direction into the actual project and refine it across the sequence. It becomes easier to think about color as part of the identity of the edit, not just a correction step at the end. That feels like a much more creative use of AI. #GPT6Astra #CapCutPC #AIVideo #Seedance25

I edited this hiking video with a Claude MCP. I asked for a compilation of all the animals we saw in Point Reyes, then Claude sent it to Davinci Resolve. I can easily bring this simple timeline into a larger edit.

Result of a complete auto-edit in Resolve using Astra on light via MCP through Codex. All timeline, all captions/titles, audio mix, green screen cutouts and graphics it sourced everything and generated, I didnt touch it. It's a B, I dont like the generated graphic styles, but will feed it a brand kit and hit again. Will give a stab at higher production edits later this week. The only premium left now is going to be your personality.
