does this allow you to export raw textures for use in engines besides the three it's designed for?

Many people don't know this, but poiyomi has global masks that can be used anywhere in the shader. You can save performance by reusing one mask or using an effect as a mask. In this example, I'm using a decal as a mask for a skybox.
