while the self-learning poll runs, here is how to actually look at what your agent has picked up: type '/journey' in Hermes Desktop and enjoy a day-by-day timeline of every skill and memory your agent has learned since day one. it also lists each node, so you can see your interconnected skills and memories.

two agents, one repo, at the same time. each gets its own branch and its own working copy, so they never touch each other's files. in Hermes Desktop: open a project, Cmd+Shift+B to spin up a worktree lane, drop an agent in it, repeat. every lane is isolated, every lane has its own /rollback.

This week's Hermes Agent masterclass is on subagents and delegation! In this clip, I set up a more expensive parent agent for orchestration with a cheaper model for the children subagents doing the research. See how you can get 5x cheaper workflows with this setup!

Hermes Agent Desktop App is getting some major UI upgrades! In this short video, I demo how to drag different session context into your current project, as well as how to use multisession tabs and adjust the session panes to get the perfect layout. If you're always working on multiple projects like me, this really makes it easy to keep track of how each agent is working. Looking forward to seeing more upgrades in the Desktop App!

how to use Bot Screen in Hermes Agent: your bot gets its own desktop, and you step in when it hits a login. on the Linux machine that runs your Hermes gateway: 1. install the screen: `hermes computer-use screen install` 2. make the bot's browser show on it: `hermes config set browser.headed true` 3. in Hermes Desktop: Bots, right-click your bot, Open Screen, then Start 4. ask it to open a login page in its browser and stop at the sign-in 5. when it stops, click Take over and sign in 6. click Hand back and tell it to continue the bot keeps that login for later sessions, until the site expires it.

Hermes Agent on Omarchy, in one minute. set Hermes as your default agent from the Omarchy menu, and every way you open an agent on the machine is the same Hermes: the terminal, the desktop app, the menu entry. ask it something about Omarchy itself and it knows where the files live, because Omarchy ships its own skill into Hermes. then switch your theme. the terminal, the app, everything follows.

Omarchy + Hermes Agent is a powerful combo This video shows how you can launch the Hermes Desktop app from the menu, as well as how you can make Hermes your default agent (and what that means) I posted a clip of the Desktop portion earlier in the week, but the full video has garnered a lot of interest and views on YouTube, so I wanted to post it here for the X audience! Check it out!

Agent View Mode added to Hermes Bots app aka Herald You can now watch what your agent is actually doing in real time See subagents running, tool calls being made, which tasks have finished, and tap into any subagent to inspect its task, tool calls, and results All from my phone Much easier than scrolling through a conversation trying to figure out who did what And I think there’s another benefit: you can actually learn by watching how Hermes and its subagents work This might be my favorite Herald addition so far I also like “Agent View Mode” as the feature name. It sounds like something people can remember and refer to later.

My Hermes HUD mode can now draw directly over your screen I added annotations so Hermes can do more than just tell you what to do It can actually point to it Lost in a game? Hermes can highlight where to click, where to move, or what to look at without you leaving the screen This could be useful way beyond gaming too Debugging Design reviews Tutorials UI guidance Anything visual Teknium 🪽 if you think this belongs in Hermes Desktop, PR below

I enjoy watching my Hermes Agent work in Desktop so much. here it's building an interactive chart from my own published benchmark data, on my Cloud backend.

You can now work with your Hermes Agent in Buzz! I did a short demo video to show how you can set it up using the gateway option, so you have full Hermes functionality. Very interesting to see how this app develops!

What if you could watch a UI generate in real-time as you work with AI? Now you can, with Real Time UI in MagicPath. This is extremely hard to do, especially for interactive React components with states. That’s why you don’t see this anywhere else. This is a first.

Hermes Agent now has a desktop app! I made a quick video showing how easy it is to install, set up, and get to work! It perfectly synced with my existing agent, or you can use it to make a new one. Plus, a quick tour of the features! It's never been easier to start with Hermes!

Kanban board is now a part of the Hermes Desktop app! I did a quick video showing how to enable this plugin, plus I ran a real task through the kanban process using multiple agent profiles. Super easy to do and the look of the kanban in the app is very clean! Take a look!

My Hermes agent can now create LIVE datasets on the fly. Just added a real-time data layer to Hermes using the open-source TinyFish BigSet. First it builds the dataset. Then it finds the signal. This is WHAT agent-native research looks like in 2026.

I built Caduceus for Hermes Desktop Nous Research Two snakes, one staff Caduceus runs parallel AI agents in perfect sync, on any model you already have It sizes up every task and picks the path: • Easy → answered instantly • Hard → a live to-do plan + agents fanned out in parallel, verified before it calls it done Caduceus has a UI right inside Hermes so you watch every agent build your project in real time Full demo 👇

LFM2.5-2.6B is live! At only 2.6B, it shouldn't be this good at agentic tasks. Here you can see how a 100% local agent is cleaning up my Desktop. I wrote a step-by-step guide on how to set it up yourself: • Model: LFM2.5-2.6B • Server of choice: llama.cpp, LMStudio, and more • Harness of choice: OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Pi

Over 90,000 Skills sitting inside Hermes Desktop is kind of insane!!!🤯 Did you know Hermes Desktop has a built-in Skills Hub with more than 90,000 Skills you can browse and add to an agent? And you can do it right from Desktop. Go to: Capabilities → Skills From there, open the Skills Hub under your installed Skills. You can: • search the catalog • browse by category or source • open any Skill to read what it does • review platform support, author, version, requirements, and docs • click + Add to this Agent to install it directly to the agent/profile you have selected That means if you want Hermes to get better at a specific type of work, you do not have to go hunting through repos or memorize install commands first. Just open the Hub, look through the catalog, inspect the Skill, and add it with one click. A lot of users still have no idea this is sitting inside Hermes Desktop.
