So a core issues I see with a lot of crypto games is: No in game peer to peer economy. (ie. The game Devs make all the $$ off the items and you buy from them not other players) Couple of things I wanted to experiment with, in regards to on chain gaming is the peer to peer economy. So the way my team set it up, is you mine the token in game, but you sell the items peer to peer in SOL. (see video for a demo) This gives you two different ways to play to earn, you can farm items, from bosses and loot boxes, and sell them to players for solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112 , then other players can buy them and use them to mine the token, and sell the token to traders who will speculate on the price. Or you can just buy the loot boxes, and use the items to farm the token. This should help with the sell pressure, because before the game flow was: Buy item (in token, From devs) --->farm a ton of token---> Sell token to recoup cost of item. New flow is : Player opens loot boxes (paid in token)/ Player Plays game (in game token sinks) ---> gets item ---Lists item--> other player buy Item (From players, In SOL) ----Farms token---> sells token. Now the equation is if the loot box-player spent more game tokens to get the item compared to what he gets for in sol, and it keeps more money in the in game economy, and the market will fluctuate more based on the price of the in game token. So players who play and are "locked in" can make money off arbing and this services the "trader" archetype of player, which I feel is the major player type in web3-games. (also the token name is just a test token so dont buy random shit on pump fun, thats just using the name)

Redesigned the previous prototype with visual mechanics inspired by Blender. The circular selection interaction pattern is a great way to enhance accessibility and improve accuracy by restricting item selection to a single dimension and, therefore, reducing noise in user input. For a circular menu, one may describe spatial transformations using polar coordinates components: Radius and Angle. I used Radius to set selection availability and Angle to define the selected item. Plus, this particular pattern allows you to expose the names of the items, which might be helpful in cases when the functions of the items are not self-obvious. Walmart manager confirms the store is changing prices of items from the time you pick them up to the time you get to the register “So me and my son went to Walmart to pick up some butter and some other items for my baking, and I grabbed my stuff, and I'm very aware of prices because of how high stuff is. And I go to check out and I start noticing that my prices are higher, and I'm like, okay. So I call the manager over And he comes over and he says, uh, you know, the prices can change from the time you leave the area to the time you get to the register because the computer updates” The manager confirms that just within that couple minutes they’re allowed to change the price According to Walmart they are implementing these digital pricing tags throughout all their stores and the prices can change. The CEO made a statement saying the prices will change but it’s by item, not person. He also said the price changes are supposed to be done outside of customer hours But this is a big issue for many people because with these tags the items can be changed mid-day or based on demand. Yes they’re the same price for everyone but that’s still dynamic pricing This isn’t a conspiracy theory wither, Walmart has been sued by California for issues with pricing like this more than once. So the CEO is saying one thing but what people are seeing in the stores, what their employees are saying and what lawsuits are showing is the opposite

Even small amounts of ice on the wing can significantly reduce its lift capability as well as the stalling angle of attack. This time of protection is called the ‘holdover time’ Pilots calculate the holdover time for the fluid used by using tables and entering the fluid type, concentration, type of precipitation and temperature. As a general rule, the higher the number of the fluid used, the longer the holdover time. Eg Type 2 fluid offers a shorter holdover time than Type 4. The fluids can also be diluted to offer varying levels of protection. Eg 75/25 - This means that the mixture being used consists of 75% de-icing fluid and 25% water. He knows “penny items” usually mean damaged or discontinued products that employees are supposed to pull from the shelves, but it was still sitting there. He pays the penny, prints the receipt, and starts to leave. An employee rushes over, frustrated, saying those items aren’t meant to be sold and should have been removed. Penny pricing is often a system signal, not a public sale. But from a customer’s perspective, if it’s on the shelf and the register accepts payment, it feels like a completed contract. The real issue might be better inventory control because confusion at checkout only creates tension on both sides. If an item scans for a penny and the transaction goes through, should the store honor the price, or does internal policy override what the register says?

Sure, but the idea of simplifying the appearance of Fortnite, the locker and the shop are all going in the exact opposite direction of simplicity. Equipping cosmetics takes double, if not triple the clicks. The UI is impractical and janky, not to mention the introduction of buttons and drop-down menus that were far easier to access previously. Selecting a skin to rotate it, preview it or even spin it around now requires clicking on it, which then applies it to your loadout. Previously this needed a confirm button so you could preview and choose skins, backblings etc without loosing your currently equipped on if you want to go back. Wraps are not included as part of a character's preset despite being completely relevant to the skin worn. Changing emotes, lobby tracks, and all cosmetics now means you have to back out and change tabs, something that could have previously been done on 1 page. The sectioned tabs make sense with new types like LEGO Kits, Cars, Instruments but there's no need to separate Character from Wraps, Emotes or Lobby. Archiving or Favoriting items can no longer be done in batches or quickly. Previously all you had to do was click once per cosmetic on the button but now you have to enter a drop down and select it for every individual item. Applying wraps to all slots now requires a drop down menu rather than simply clicking the button at the bottom. Swinging a pickaxe or redeploying a glider is near impossible to do and feels like more of a chore to actually accomplish with the drop-down menu. It overlays onto other items meaning as soon as it's clicked the menu vanishes and switches to another cosmetic before the animation can even begin. Cosmetics in the locker can be searched by seasons using "S1-17" but after S18+ they no longer filter. Entering the drop-down menu or right-clicking anything in the locker accidentally immediately takes you all the way back to your currently equipped item when exiting. The filter menu requires an "apply" button to be pressed rather than simply closing and applying when selecting one of the filters, taking longer and more clicks to simply find your recent items or remove a filter. The filter menu was also better as a side panel so you don't have to move your cursor to the center of the screen and back every single time. As a side panel it also allowed for more options to be displayed, whereas the current one requires a huge scroll bar to simply filter by favorite. The presets menu scroll wheel also zooms the skins in and out as you scroll up and down the list. Because of the randomize preset button, the list compared to when saving a preset is all moved up by 1, becoming disorientating to where the preset was in relation to the rows. The shop no longer displays item descriptions or set names on cosmetics - now requiring a click on each individual item when there is adequate space to do so. The new shop and locker appearance can be accustomed to, however, it NEEDS the basic functionality and user-friendly UI elements that the previous ones had. Simple buttons at the bottom to favorite, swing, redeploy and equip. Less tabs to switch between, less clicks required to complete simple tasks and less feeling like there's a battle against the UI itself just to equip the cosmetics you paid for. We appreciate the moves the renew the locker and shop, but in terms of functionality and user interaction, there is nothing we want more than the old one back or the old one's elements merged into the new appearance. Cosmetics in the locker can be searched by seasons using "S1-17" but after S18+ they no longer filter. Entering the drop-down menu or right-clicking anything in the locker accidentally immediately takes you all the way back to your currently equipped item when exiting. The filter menu requires an "apply" button to be pressed rather than simply closing and applying when selecting one of the filters, taking longer and more clicks to simply find your recent items or remove a filter. The filter menu was also better as a side panel so you don't have to move your cursor to the center of the screen and back every single time. As a side panel it also allowed for more options to be displayed, whereas the current one requires a huge scroll bar to simply filter by favorite. The presets menu scroll wheel also zooms the skins in and out as you scroll up and down the list. Because of the randomize preset button, the list compared to when saving a preset is all moved up by 1, becoming disorientating to where the preset was in relation to the rows. The shop no longer displays item descriptions or set names on cosmetics - now requiring a click on each individual item when there is adequate space to do so. The new shop and locker appearance can be accustomed to, however, it NEEDS the basic functionality and user-friendly UI elements that the previous ones had. Simple buttons at the bottom to favorite, swing, redeploy and equip. Less tabs to switch between, less clicks required to complete simple tasks and less feeling like there's a battle against the UI itself just to equip the cosmetics you paid for. We appreciate the moves the renew the locker and shop, but in terms of functionality and user interaction, there is nothing we want more than the old one back or the old one's elements merged into the new appearance. They want us to believe that parasites are exclusive to underdeveloped countries. They want us oblivious to the fact that these parasites are the root of many health conditions. They want us to think that IF by chance we even had parasites that we would be vomiting, ill, and in pain. When in fact these guys 🪱 can be thriving inside of us as we remain entirely asymptomatic. Until years down the road when we are diagnosed with a mysterious “condition” The veil is being lifted, we are collectively waking up & there is nothing that can stand in the way.

Weapon Level Skips in MW4 They seem to be using a modified MWII leveling system where unlocking an attachment unlocks it universally for all guns that can equip it. This is instead of requiring you to level a gun you don't like for the attachments you want on the gun you want to use, you simply level and when you switch guns you will be awarded level skips as you hit those levels on the gun. Significantly lowering needed levels for each weapon.
