Here's something very special. I received an extremely early, generous and downright magical Christmas present 🎁 It's a 1989 taishōgoto synthesizer and it is unreal and I'm all kinds of emotional over it 💗

To say I'm hugely grateful for this is a massive understatement. Thank you also to my friend @SummerLaverdure for telling me it exists! It's got LOADS of sounds; you can use the strings like in the clip above, or you can play it like a straight keyboard, below. With drum pads!

I'll probably make a nice long video about this when I have time. Only got a quick rattle on it there now, so I need to learn how to play it properly first!

Also came in a gloriously luxurious case, in near-perfect condition 😍

Even came with the original pick, that lives inside this neat detachable pouch!

Hey lots of people are digging this, that's awesome! I'll definitely make a longer video with a bit of information about it and more demos. Only really had about 30 mins to play it it so far, hopefully more time next week 🤞 Here's a pic where you can see the drum pads too.

Also if you're seeing this and have no idea who I am, hello! 👋 I make lots of exciting music for cool things and lovely people. You can check out loads of it on Bandcamp, I'd love it if you did 💖 300ish tracks, something for every mood!

‘(Christmas) Time’ is out now! 🎄 I love Christmas and all the Christmas songs, so it was magical to add festive production to ‘Time’ 🥰 I dug through all of our family Christmas photos over the years to give you this very special & personal video 🩷

How exercise increases creativity: "Going to the gym early first thing for me is a rehearsal for when I get home and I sit at the keyboard and I have to face the resistance of working that day." "It's something that is going to hurt. It's something that I'm afraid of because there are all kinds of ways you can hurt yourself." "When I finish at the gym, nothing I'm going to do for the rest of the day is going to be as hard as what I already did." "Those ideas that come in the shower or when you're driving, your mind is occupied in something else and somehow it opens the pipeline and things burble up." "Steven Spielberg says when an idea comes, it whispers rather than shouting. It's a very subtle thing that goes away very fast and you got to grab it while it's there." Steven Pressfield on Andrew D. It was Gloomwood's early access anniversary this weekend, and I'm very grateful for everyone who has supported the game over these years. I know the craving for the bank update (and eventual 1.0) is high. We're working on it. For now, here's a small tease of the bank:

RFK Jr. Eats a (Mostly) Carnivore Diet “Basically it's a carnivore diet, so it's mainly meat and then fermented, anything that’s fermented, a lot of yogurt, a good yogurt without sugar it it, and then coleslaw and kimchi and all kinds of fermented vegetables and it's really... I would say it's dramatically changed my, you know, everything. I’ve had very good luck with it.”

Merry Christmas, everyone! I wish you all the same amazing days I've enjoyed this entire year I've truly had a ball. This is a celebration of Jesus, and that's something truly special. I'm blessing my family, all my friends, business partners and sending merry, merry, merry Christmas wishes to everyone with lots of love. 🎄❤️🎅🏻 I stopped drinking alcohol 15 years ago, and my advice is to stay away from it this Christmas. Instead, focus on love, your family, and especially your children. 🏋️🏃🏻‍♂️❤️ Of course, I also bless all the lighthearted haters and those who think they know it all. 🙏🏻 Wishing you the very best and a merry, merry, merry Christmas! 🙏🏻❤️
