A lot of people don't want to hear it but she is right. People overeat. Doing carnivore diet and eating 1 meal a day has improved my health. It's really not hard once you get use to it and cut out all chemicals and dyes, your body no longer craves it and fasting feels good.

They're a delicacy in many parts of the world because of extended life, and they affect a class of proteins called sirtuins and modifiers of DNA, of message at the epigenetic level.
